I can understand why staff+ can give their opinion on DQ's, I don't have a problem with that unless the person that got DQ'ed is in second place and a staff member is in first and the guy in second gets DQ'ed because the guy in first wants to win. Basically, the staff member competing has to be a fair player.

It really does frusturate me that they were assuming my intentions and just DQ'ed me without asking any further questions. I agree that people should be able to defend themselves, and there needs to be a better system for this kind of stuff.

There's something else I must say. I don't care how people reacts to this, I'm only doing it in the interest of fairness.

I was the one who reported you in the first couple offenses. Whatever discussion ensued, the one who started it was me. I didn't report the third one because someone saw it first, but I can assure you I would have made it and the result would have been the same.

I have my own reasons for all of this, and I'm willing to share it in a PM to you because you're the only user affected. I firmly believe I did what was correct, and I've done this in the past even to staff members. Another thing is if the mods actually took the step to give the warning(s) or the higher ups agreed on a punishment, but all I can say is that this is not an attack to you.

Regardless if you started the discussions or not, the contents of those discussions and who participated in those discussions are the real points to talk about. Depending on who was in those discussions, especially when a global like gamerforlifeforever said he'd end it, it's awfully suspicious. ESPECIALLY how you just said zander is involved above.

And well, in the discussion was basically any staff member that cared to check the thread, but the problem is that most staff doesn't check that anymore. I had to make another thread in the past to "call for attention" because I was almost replying to myself every time, so it's up to the few who actually care about the well being of the competition and/or those who want to get rid of threats, if any.

It's not suspicious, it's actually lame that all the staff who had something to said didn't say it when they should. Three users convincingly say a fourth user deserves a DQ and no one replies, the DQed user makes a thread about it and everyone pops out of nowhere.

I counted all the replies in this thread and 15 of them were from users who are Elite or lower. 13 if you don't count the OP's posts. As for unique users, that's 8 Elite and below.

Of course they didn't post in the DQ thread because they had no access to it.

Yes 8 of the posts were from Staff+ but that's still lower than non-staff and 3 of those posts were from you. That leaves 5 posts (4 unique staff) and one of them were sick at that time. So that leaves 3 staff+ who may or may not have posted in the DQ thread. I wouldn't say that's "everyone".

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you had a "change of heart". What if Lex has changed too??? He's at a younger, more impressionable age than you, and the time period since his perma has been longer, so there's no reason to why he couldn't have changed. 

Lastly, I'm gonna quote your post that I linked above. "We were having a fun competition until you've started to exploit everything you can, and since you realized you can exploit all four jerseys because nobody tried, you destroyed the entire competition."

Isn't that what you and whoever else just did here? You essentially destroyed the competition. If your idea of a "fun competition" is watching cherry-picked users with "bad reputations" like a hawk and noting their every minor mistake, then I don't know what to tell you man. 

Well its been a long time since i had a DQ on here but i kinda forgot why it happened. Thing is it happens to the best of us and everyone has to remember to follow the rules on here otherwise the DQ will be the result.
