Pokemon Sun and Moon have been out for around 2 and a half months now. People are starting to speculate and there are even some rumors. What do you think is next for the series? Personally, I think a Diamond and Pearl remake is coming next, because there are just WAY too many hints in Sun/Moon pointing towards that happening. Some people think Stars is next, but it just sounds ridiculous to me. You never know, though. Guess we have to wait and see what happens. (Pls Diamond and Pearl remakes...)

And well, if the final name is indeed Stars they've just killed it. Something like Eclipse would sound cool while at the same time keeping a similar namesake and probably even hint at the storyline.

Personally I think it's way too early for a Gen 4 remake, especially considering that the originals are DS games. I doubt they would ant to release a remake until after the Swith comes out and then put it on that, but not right when it comes out.

I really hope that the old rumors are true though, about making a super game for the Switch, where they can add so many new things like voice acting thanks to the better capabilities of the Switch.

Too early!? Diamond and Pearl came out a decade ago haha. Whaddya mean too early? i don't think it'll release on the Switch, and I kinda hope it doesn't since I won't be able to get one right away. I still have my bets on the next games releasing for the 3DS, since that's how it usually goes.

Lexatom : The GB remake was made on the GBA, the GBC remake was made on the DS, and the GBA remake was made on the 3DS.

It's only logical if Nintendo wants to make sure that the next games get the best capabilities, and if not on the Switch, then at least as a New 3DS exclusive, similar to Xenoblade Chronicles.
