So, if there was a Zootopia like world with Pokemons in it, how would it be? What job would certain species have? How would they live? How would they communicate?

Some job offers I have in mind in such a world include

-Bird-like Pokemons could pilot aircrafts
-Growlithes along with the Magnetmite family could be the police as an example.
-A team of Fire and Water types would be firefighters
-Pokemons like Sneasel who are fast, agile and sneaky could be spies
-Gengars and other ghost-types would work in haunted house attractions
-Mr. Mimes would be... well, mimes
-Xatus could be fortune tellers.

But these are just a few examples. Would that be a cool thing?
