PPSSPP is a fully featured PSP emulator. It plays almost all games perfectly and can upscale the graphics. It can even be used on Androids and iPhones. Unless you're computer is slower than a phone you should be able to run it no problem. PM me for help getting it.
I recorded two videos of myself playing games with it. I upscaled the resolution to 1920 x 1080 and didn't have any noticeable frame drops.

Dissidia 012 (Duodecim) Final Fantasy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evtI60hBu-E

God Eater Burst

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdN2kYF4TEU

Similar to Dolphin, PPSSPP has a myriad of input options and has netplay (although I haven't tested yet). I use a usb controller whenever I play it.

Embedding the videos isn't working so if someone could help me with that I'd appreciate it.

This is a wonderful emulator but I do have one complaint. For some reason, the emulator slows down and crashes when I try to play Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon. Otherwise it's a fantastic emulator and even has its own homebrew library, though there's not much in it. There is Cave Story though!

I used this emulator on my old computer and it ran more or less good. The big games, such as Gran Turismo, made it run less smoothly, but I think I could work something out with the new computer and the (little) experience I have with messing up the emulator settings

I don't remember it having netplay, so maybe it has been upgraded quite a bit since the last version I downloaded. It has some interesting games to netplay, so if we gather enough people it's definitely something worth looking into.

yoshirulez! : Does the slowdown happen when you first start the game?
It's also pretty cool that the homebrew library can be accessed directly from the emulator.

EX Palen : It has netplay, but I think it needs a lot of setup and another program.

earthwarrior : Happens during the cutscene after you start a new game, after it finishes it either crashes or just stays a black screen. I wasn't upscaling it and everything was running with speedhacks so it shouldn't have been breaking like that

This is wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing this. I've recently been wanting to try out a few PSP games that I was never able to play back when I had a PSP. Most notably, Mega Man: Powered Up and the Sonic Rivals series. If any issues come up I'll be sure to ask about them in this thread, so hopefully you'll have some answers to those questions.

Also, as a side note, I honestly thought this was a thread on PPAP when I glanced over at the thread title. Somebody kill me.

earthwarrior : I've tried to search for ways to configure netplay, but it's been an unsuccessful search. Either it's simple enough to not require any guideline or it's so complicated that it cannot fit in the FAQ section, and personally I'm leaning towards the second option.

thing1 : I'm not sure about original XBox controllers, but I can tell 360 ones work perfectly.

EX Palen : Well, I was going to use an XBOX ONE controller actually. I just need to figure out how to sync one to Windows 10 without having to use my Micro-USB cord.
I think I'll set aside an hour on Tuesday to try to figure this out.

I've actually used this emulator for quite sometime, There's a few graphicable glitches with some games like the Smackdown VS raw series(06 to 2011).

And some of the games tend to freeze up and crash at somepoints.

Overall it's not bad considering its the only Stable PSP emu out there.

Lexatom : Sure I'd be happy to help you. Although I'm a little mad about wasting 30 seconds of my life with that song .
things1: If it connects to your computer then most likely yeah.
EX Palen : I'm pretty sure its more complicated and needs hamachi or evolve.
SuperCrash64 : I haven't noticed any glitches and I played about 7 games with it. I'll have to try that game to see if I get glitches.

Yes, I have tried this emulator and it is one of the best emulator so far. I have download it from http://ppssppgoldapk.org/ I am providing the link so no one would face issue in finding the best updated version of this emlator. Apart from this version many other are providing the old version, that does't support many games
