I wanted to know who I would talk to about Viz points. I know it may sound desperate, but I'm really trying to accomplish a goal. To get everything I need I have to gain about 100k Viz. But my issue is that I have been a member of vizzed for about six years. I have never been sent Viz points as stated in the Q&A section. I'm not trying to make a fuss or anything. I was just wondering if that can be fixed. 5k for 5 years would be 25k which is much needed. Thanks advance!

I'm pretty sure you have to log in on the day of your birthday to actually receive the Birthday Viz for that year, the same as when you have to log in on Christmas Day to get the bonus for that.

That said, if you did log in on your birthday and haven't been receiving it, then I'm not really sure what's causing the error.

The keywords are logged in and active. Yes you were here 6 years but you were only on for 12 days total. In fact, if you logged in every other day since you joined and did nothing but collect your log in bonus, you would have made more than 100,000 Viz just for the log in bonus. It's never too late though, just by being active enough you can get Viz easily.
