I used to drink Gatorade all the time, but my tolerance for acidic beverages has greatly lessened in the last few years and it got to where it would upset my stomach. I also wasn't caring much for the taste at that point either due to changing tastes or formula tweaking. A few weeks ago, I tried my first Powerade and I've been drinking it semi frequently since. I'm usually very particular with foods or drinks but I've tried four flavors and have yet to find one I dislike, with the Twisted Blackberry being my favorite. It has the added benefit of B vitamins, is light, less acidic and generally more drinkable and tastes a lot like Kool-aid, in my opinion.

So what about you?

I don't really know much about Powerade, but I do enjoy these sports drinks once in a while. I'm really picky with Gatorade flavors though, as so many are just plain bad (citrus? Yuck). Maybe I'll try Powerade again at some point, especially with those B vitamins. I mean B vitamins are the whole reason I like Propel. Besides the obvious benefits with fitness, B vitamins (namely B12) are hard to come by with a vegetarian diet.

Eirinn : If you're not much for citrus, you might want to avoid the Mango and maybe even the Fruit Punch (unless you like other Fruit Punch drinks). I definitely recommend the Twisted Blackberry because it's supposed to be Blackberry and Cherry, but I taste the Cherry a whole lot more. You might need to look closely since it looks very similar to the Grape in low light. And yeah, the B3, B6 and B12 make for a nice, natural feeling pick-me-up that doesn't have that caffeine "buzz" feel to it.

I always go with Powerade, mainly because of My Coke Rewards, but for some of the flavors, like the blue one, I really like the taste so I will always prefer that one.

Really late in replying to this, but it's not that I dislike citrus, it's just the citrus flavor of Gatorade (I think it's citrus) that I think is nasty. But yeah man, I'll take any flavor suggestions I can get on them. I'd like to find something that isn't acidic like the soda I drink too much of, yet isn't loaded in sugar or calories. I prefer sugar free, but I can go along with small amounts sometimes.

Gatorade!  My coaches always advised us to drink Gatorade for everything from swimming to tennis, so that's all I've ever really drank for sports. lol The flavors didn't matter very much either because we didn't really have many choices at the time. (We could choose to drink either Gatorade or water, or a blend of both, and I just preferred Gatorade or a blend of both over just water.) Even now, I'm not too picky about the Gatorade flavors and whenever I see some new flavors, I'll often buy them to try them out.

Honestly I've only tried one flavor of each since I don't have energy drinks often. But I prefer Powerade. I like Gatorade's fruit punch flavor but other than that Powerade is better in my opinion.  When I have the flu, Powerade is still digestible for me so I drink that instead of water.

Plus the only times I drink Gatorade is when it's offered at a party or when I'm at SkyZone and I'm so exhausted after jumping on trampolines for an hour XD

I prefer Gatorade. I never really got into Powerade, it's not bad, it's just not as tasty as Gatorade in my opinion. Gatorade has so many good flavors including Watermelon, Green Apple, Orange, Cool Blue, and many others. It tastes really good and is a great source of energy and good for replacing lost electrolytes.
