I really like what you did here.

You have a great deal of talent in finding creative ways to express ideas and moral lessons. Have you ever considered being a children's book author? You're illustration style and easy to understand, yet deep meanings you convey would be perfect for that medium, I would think. If nothing else, you could at least do the artwork for them, and make a living doing some thing you're passionate about ( that is, if you are passionate about it any way lol ).

I'm guessing the meaning behind this is some thing along the lines of "Society teaches us to view each other as being different because of race, religion, nationality, etc, while the truth is that we're all the same at our core. No matter our beliefs or where we come from, we're all human, and should focus on banding together for the greater good instead of searching out or following reasons to induce conflict among us."

That's the simple version of my personal interpretation. Hope I wasn't too far off from the intended message

NintendoFanKimmy :   If I had money, I tell you what I'd do ...

I wouldn't go downtown and buy a Mercury or two .

I'd sponsor your development as a published author .

It may be a very good idea to point this out to people . The more people we can get reading this, the better .

Publishing this work on a wider scale so people have this [ in hard copy ] in their homes would be an excellent step in getting your message across to the world .  I wish there was less money put into making films about fantastic beasts and where to find them and instead sent to you for the benefit of publishing your interpretations about the lessons you have learned in life .

I do not want to read, watch or hear anything that contradicts what you have just shown us .  Thank you tremendously . It is in you to show the world the way .  Not just a gifted commentator but perhaps a born leader as well .  It takes courage to make a statement like this .
Few of us have that . The world will come to look up to you and your wisdom .  You will be a compelling voice for peace in the world .

Who could ask for anything more ?

Wow, this is really great. You have a lot of talent at making these little comics. I really hope more people see your work! It is simple and very hard hitting.

This reminds me so much of one of my favorite songs: "Feed The Machine". Here's what I see:

Ordinary people, all accepting and open. This is who they were. This is how they were born.
Then society got ahold of them and polluted their minds, making them see the world the way they were told to. " They're different, so they hate you and you hate them." "This is how it should be. Everyone else is evil because they are different." Engraining prejudices that were not there by nature.
They fight because this is what they were taught. They're nothing but mindless drones controlled by the whims of society.
In the end the truth is revealed that they are all the same. They are all people, and that's what matters. The perceived differences, real or imagined, were not what was important, rather the truth that we are all, in a sense, brothers and sisters. We are all the same.

That's my view on it. I could see this applying in a more specific manner to many things, but I'll leave it at the general answer just in case someone with those glasses on sees this. No flames will be produced.

Great work as always, Kimmy. I would seriously take the comments of the ones before this post into consideration. You could do something with your talents, no joke.

Mynamescox44 : thank you so much! it means a lot for me to hear that B). yeah i'm hoping to become an author when i grow up, whether i write for children or older people or both lol. this is definitely what i'm most passionate about. also, your interpretation was spot-on

sonicbros : agreed!

A user of this : thanks so much

Postman3 : wow. cue the self-esteem boost, haha! thank you so much, dude. hearing things like that is pretty much the sole contributor to my motivation considering i'm pretty lazy by nature most of the time . i'm really happy you think that. i don't know whether i have it in me to be a "leader" since i'm generally indecisive, extremely paranoid about the consequences of my actions, and know little to nothing about politics, but that could change when i grow up. if i don't become someone who changes the world by making the right decisions, then i want to become someone who changes the world by influencing people in positions of authority to make the right decisions . lol

Eirinn : exactly! you nailed it! hatred for the different is learned behavior and not something we're born with. i don't like using starkly moral terms to describe people who some would call "evil" since the "lenses" we view the world through are shaped by who and what influences us throughout our lives. the goggles represent the warped and ignorant view a lot of us sadly growing up listening to and eventually inheriting. hopefully we can "take them off." better to teach people like that than to give up on them imo

It interprets how one man changes to the alpha race and everyone changes to him too. He realizes that is everyone becomes the alpha race then there's no alpha race, causing a war while wearing glasses to find the imposters. Two of them were old friends and they didn't know who was who because of the glasses so when he took his dead friend's glasses he realized who he was. He took off his glasses and realized these glasses were meant to wipe out everyone making them to believe that everyone is the enemy. Bent on revenge he went out to find the "alpha" and fought his way to avenge the death of his friend, thus starting his adventure as the Green Shocker.
Edit: I used the word realized many times to annoy someone so yeah

NintendoFanKimmy :   The fact of the matter that you even consider the consequences of your actions in the world is the mark of a very talented and influential leader. A person like you could have grand solutions to all the world's problems mapped out by some time in the future.

As for being an author, why wait until you reach maturity? Great opportunities are out there for underage talents. Writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster were still in high school when they created the concept for Superman. Five years later, Superman appeared in Actions Comics, newspapers and every other medium they had at the time.

You have something very original Yasmine. Don't let it wither by thinking you need to be an adult and just expect opportunities you've been putting off to spring up again the day you turn 18. Seek those opportunities in the present day. Do that for yourself. The future could be grand.

Loads of persons you've probably heard the name of started striving for their future when they were not much younger than you. They now have plenty of renown behind their names.

The most powerful lawn mowers still need a kick-start every now and then. Now get going!  Get!
