5 Nights times 3 is 15. Duh. Also this is going to be a very unorthodox review.

Until I got the game today, I literally never played the game before, any FNAF game for that matter. I'll be honest though. The game is a lot different than what I expected. I know there was all the hype around the games when they came out, especially all the older ones, and I began to think that watching all those Let's Plays of the games was really all there isn't to it, but I was so wrong. Sure, by watching some guys play the game, it's basically the same as playing the game yourself, that's the case with most games, and I thought it would be roughly the same with this one. However, I felt a totally different experience from what I was expecting.

In all honestly, I think the games are much better than what most people begin to think they are from seeing YouTubers play them. In fact, this is the only time I will ever say that Let's plays actually took away from the game itself, instead of just the experience. But the game isn't much better than what people say it is. I do not agree with horror games, but I wanted to finally give it a try myself, and while I was terrified when I started playing, the experience was great. At the end of the first night, which I survived, I was sweating, and there wasn't a single jump scare. The jump scares didn't even scare me, much, but the anticipation of a jump scare, as well as the worry about whether you will die or actually beat the day is a thrill.

Yes, the jump scares are in fact quite simple, and there might not be much variety, but until you have played for a while, and have gotten used to it, each night was a small thrill, something that felt like watching the dramatic part of a movie, but not the scary part, and in a horror movie or game, the drama and tension is just as good, if not better than the horror aspect.

The graphics are pretty good. There aren't top quality effects and animations, but that's because that's what the game isn't about. The game is literally about looking through really old cameras and a bunch of static. Sometimes it makes it hard to see whatever's going on, but that's all on purpose and is part of the gameplay. The sounds of the game can be pretty good at times, and yes they have creeped me out a couple times as well, which again, is what the game is all about. I had to turn the volume all the way down to like 8 and I still ended up freakin out just a little when certain things happened because the sounds are just so eerie and help set the tone of the game.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to play the same night over and over after I have beaten it, but up until the point where it's beaten, playing each night can be a pretty good experience. You might first start off with being scared, which could turn into rage later on, but it's not like you can really put the game down once you have started because it's still fun and you can get really into it as well. I haven't played too much of the game to know about the side stories and whatnot, didn't even pay attention to them in the YouTube videos, but they are good, and scary too. I jumped like hell at the end of the first night when I got attacked in the little clip by the purple guy. The side stories are always fun to piece together what's ping on.

The game has quite a bit of depth, because even I you can beat the first night easily, like how I beat it on the first attempt, there will always be different things going on that will try to get you to lose. The place that you are in control of is pretty big too, with all of. It's halls, rooms, and vents. Not to mention the video, audio, and ventilation systems and the consequences that come with each one.

Is the game difficult? I want to see you play the first night and then the 5th night back to back, it will be a breeze and then a massive pain. The game can start off easily and then there's the possibility that you will slowly go downhill into a fit of rage.

Overall I liked the game, it was a lot more fun and thrilling than I thought it was and for the price, it's a really good bargain. I'm almost positive that you won't be lucky enough to beat each night on the first attempt and will need at least a few hours to beat the whole game, so the price seems more than fair. In general, I like it and my overall grade for Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is going to be an 8.5 out of 10.

I was hoping for an unfavorable review. I is disappointed. Still I had to like because that dislike smelled a lot like a hate dislike, so...

Short, but not bad at all. Good to see you posting around, man.

Lol you did a review on a five nights at Freddy's game! Glad to know your experience from reading this. Yeah.....sadly the game has mixed reviews some people like it some others hate it. I am one of those who actually like it really. I didn't really like five nights at Freddy's 4 that much. My favourite ones would have to be from the first game till the second one. The 3rd game was great, but not really the best out there. Thats my opinon about that.
