So this uh....thread is similar to the other I made, but this one is a little different in a way. When you have an off feel day what is the best solution you try to cheer yourself up to shake away the feeling? For me I either play games, listen to music, sleep, talk to friends or just do anything to stop the feeling and to make it go away. It does by the next day sometimes it does go away within some hours, but I could be wrong about that. Anyways what about you guys? Since we all know its not the best feeling in the world to have, and can get easily annoyed about it.

I really hate days like that and I've noticed that the best cure for feeling that way is talking about it. What better way to realize what's really bothering you than to put it to words. Talking with friends or family really helps. Sometimes it may be difficult so writing your thoughts down is another way. Even so, I've found out that talking about your feelings is a great skill, that I sometimes lack. Many difficult situations are easier to solve when you're being honest.

When friends are not available I tend to play games, watch something nice or listen to relaxing music. I have many favorite tv-series and anime that are perfect for cheering myself up.

sillysoul : Yeah I have to like agree with you to do with that. Friends are the best way to help you get something off your chest to vent on, and I can happy agree it works. It helps more than other things if I am correct about that. I really liked what you had to say on your post because it made me in a way to smile seeing of what you said. Well, I do alot of different stuff. Usually, i play one of my games, listen to some music that i like, and, because laughter is the best medicine, i watch some videos on YouTube that make me laugh out loud, or do something else that does the trick.

Khfan_D98 : I see, that's a good way to go around things to help you cheer up. Everyone does theirs differently at times it can help other people too to cheer up. Games is another thing too which is really good help, and watching comedy things on youtube will do a huge number to cheer you up a lot more.

I hate to be that guy, but in my opinion, there's a difference between an off day and a bad day. An off day is just like when you can't do stuff at all. Not really bad, it's just a lapse in focus or concentration and it's human nature. A bad day is when some thing or things happen that hurt you or hurt people that you care very much for. There's not really much you can do to cheer yourself up on an off day, and I don't really even get down on myself on an offday, because I know it's ok. RDay13 : I see that's a good way to put it, but having an off feel day like your body wouldn't doesn't want to listen. And yes when you are having a bad day its a whole lot more different than having an off day which I know about. Its not nice to have a bad day, and I make sure I do what I can not to have that happen either way it still does happen somehow.

I actually had an "off day" yesterday. When I have an "off day", I can't go through with any of my normal routine without emotionally exhausting myself. For example, yesterday I cleaned nothing, cooked nothing, and took care of zero obligations.  I have to do something way out of the norm. For me, that something is spending money. The only problem is that I never know what to buy, or I end up guilt-tripping myself and putting things back before I ever reach the register. So yesterday, I ended up getting some groceries and putting away a couple toys for my 1 year old.  I didn't feel too bad about putting the toys away because he just celebrated his first birthday where he got tons of toys. Haha 

I did get myself something to eat from Taco bell though!

Not very good at fighting off days; it usually gets me on a funk and I just sleep it off. But, that depends, if it's not too bad, I usually listen to music, clean, cook, visit my siblings, and of course game for 5-6 hours and grab a beer or workout.

I usually do several things. First of all I read my Bible and I am reminded am a Child of God. Second I also play with my cats. They are so fun and relaxing as well as blessings from God. Finally I watch sports baseball or American Football if they are on. Play games or work on my weather stuff is what I do. Finally, my parents cheer me up as I'm thankful and blessed to have amazing parents to talk too. I thank the Lord for my parents and cats every night. So yeah that is what I do when I'm feeling blue

tornadocam : Thats.....pretty much another good way to go around it. The best thing to do if you can is pray on it read some of the bible then do other things when you are done of what is needed. I'm sure by the end of all of that stuff you would feel a lot more better and back to normal too.

As I said in my last post, have one day for your yourself. I like to do a few different things, I normal start off by getting a cup of coffee, and a good breakfast, while sitting back and watching some T.V show that I like, or go on Hulu and catching up on others. Then I just go with the flow, I play video games, go online, play and listen to music.

Droog : That's the best solution really people dig themselves into something, that they enjoy what they normally do to be able to cure and get that feeling off somehow, some go out to treat themselves to something nice. While some others stay at home watching something, or maybe playing games too. So its quite different for everyone really.
