Well, the way things are right now, I don't see it likely to happen anytime soon. The site would need a lot more revenue than it currently has to develop a mobile app. 

You could always consider Donating or pledging with Patreon to help the process along

the site can already be accessed from your cell phone so whether or not it is made into an app even though it is listed as one of the tasks to do on the patron's page is yet to be seen

alot of the apps like these site ones are free so I'm not sure putting a price on an app when the actual website for it is free would be a good move but that is just my opinion

With this new recode, David has tried to make the website more mobile friendly.

So if there is a mobile app in the future (which I highly doubt with how things are rough for him right now), then it'll probably just open Vizzed up with your default web browser I feel.

Whether that's worth it is up to you to decide, but personally it doesn't to me.

Yes, there's a chance that the plugin might actually get a mobile build if he gets the necessary funds on Patreon. I wouldn't hold out any hope though, because things are looking rather grim. If we do manage to have a mobile build it'll be wonderful, wouldn't it?

I guess we'll just have to wait until then, which I'm totally fine with. Just have patience and it might become a thing!
