So yesterday the chairman of one of the departments of my school walked into my class for some reason and he ended up talking about random things like classes, counselors, and students, and then the following is based on what happened.


Student A: Do you have any connections to Baruch?

Prof: I can get you some good drugs if that's what your asking.

Everybody laughs.

Student B: Well do you know of any internships available?

Prof: Im actually starting my own Men's underwear company.

Student A: If its legit id love to work there, I can even model.

Prof: He's setting himself up, Im only looking for good looking men.

So what you're saying is if a professor can tell some jokes and put students at easy, that makes them a good professor?

I think making students comfortable is one thing but the guy basically called the student an ugly guy. Joke or no joke that might be a sore point and that's not exactly a professional move on the professor's part.

Either way, good for you that you like him. Hopefully we hear more about how he's good at his job and he's motivating you to do the reading, the learning, and doing well in class to change your life.
