If hypothetically you had the power to reset the world and rebuild it what would you do? Be as surreal of as serious as you want.
I would:
1) Keep all religions but if anyone starts up any agro they will instantly suffer pretty sever bowel problems for six months.
2) Build cities like Gotham with statues holding up buildings and railways
3) Have a section of countryside within each city
4) Have some cities like the opening scenes of The Jetsons
5) Build some cities like what people in the 1950’s thought the future would be like flying cars, domeshaped houses [overlaps with Jetsons theme]
6) Peace and harmony - we still have a wee bit of sarcasm and joking at others expense here and there, but mostly people take the flak and laugh it off.
7) Have 1930’s land where its like ‘30s cliché New York and every talks like they are in a Film Noir detective story
8) Coffee on tap
9) Doughnuts grow on trees
10) The News is mostly positive, half of consists of silly videos

1)Assert order of a government and keep Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism, an maybe to other religions around.(maybe)
2)Grant a mass building program with structures of power showing are stride to rebuild society and have the government control the health;economy
3)Create science programs to jettison us into a future age like the jetsons but much more amazing in design
4)Create a army to protect my people

my concerns would be more about what NOT to have than adding things...

my #1 thing would be to eliminate the 12 year old kiddie pop music like Eminem and Miley Cyrus and whoever else... all the disney music and whatnot... i cant stand it LOL
