Hey, guys, so for some reason, my PMs won't send to the intended receiver. Instead they sent to a Vizzed elite member who hasn't been online in 7 years, called Cid. I don't know what's wrong. Please help.

I realize the first screenshot says Cid, but even when I change the name to something else, it still sends to Cid. I have sent a few PMs as test and they never reach the intended user. 


EDIT: I just received a test PM from Kimmy, so apparently others don't have this problem, I guess.

Do you start a new private message through the private messages section or by picking the person and selecting send private message from their profile? I almost always go to people's profiles first.... that might help?
