Breaking news, David Cameron has resgined as the Prime Minsterial leader of the United Kingdom.

This is shocking news.

Will other world leaders now stand down?

So who will you be voting to have revived to take their place? Elizabeth I or Cromwell? My vote is for Elizabeth.

But really what? Why? That sounds like an immature thing to do.

The opposition and Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn looks like he will be leaving as well but it isn't fully decided. Anyway Cameron kinda had not much choice to leave as his party was split 50/50 during the EU Referendum and since he lost he is pulling an Alex Salmond and is "going down by the sword" as they say. It appears that Boris Johnson will takeover in October once Cameron is gone. Again this isn't fully confirmed as well but this is what I reckon will happen.

I think those who voted out wanted David Cameron to leave badly. Well since he has done a lot of damage in a way to the EU from the get go. Now he is gone everyone or most people would be happy. I am supposed to be happy but with the other things going on, and now had calm down. I'm not too sure what to feel as of now. The changes as said won't take affect now, but I really do wonder what holds in the next 2 years to come.....

David Cameron was going to step down if he lost.. simple as... it's not precisely shocking at all.. Even the labour party candidate who wanted to remain in the EU was given a vote of no confidence and could be changed....

No other world leaders will change... this was solely due to Cameron's awful display at trying to convince people to vote to remain in the EU, in all honesty he probably encouraged more people to vote against it than for it

We would have to do a "Weekend at Bernie's" with Chruchill. But better to dig him up than Thatcher. I do not know what this development will hold for the world at large. I guess we will all see.

It was at that point I started crying yesterday morning. Although I didn't the man I heard the country was in hell until he took over as Prime Minister (basically some sort of depression because Labour spent too much of the government money or something like that, I can't remember the details very well).
Boris Johnson as PM though, you're having a laugh...

I honestly never thought I'd be so upset to see this happening. It's not really shocking though. We knew he'd resign is the vote passed.

Him leaving is not worth the impending storm coming the UK's way. The quid has already taken a huge dive.

it was always going to be the case even with such a small margin any kind of loss would prove just how much support he has lost since the election not just in the public's eye but within his own party this was his absolute last chance to try and salvage anything and he has failed

daffy_duck1 : Not surprised with what he has done with that. But what baffles me is how long he kept at it. It was going to break eventually and it did with those votes. He didn't help himself with the types of things he did in the EU and how he worked around it. He has a lot of people who hate him in general for what he has done. '-'

Eniitan : the reason why he got away with it for so long was quite frankly because The Liberal Democrats have gone way down since that coalition parliament just so they could a slight taste of power parties like UKIP are always going to be controversial and the big mess left by Labor which stated  with Tony Blair resigning the humiliation and even bigger mess Gordon Brown left and the best Ed Milliband could come up with was "I am one of you guys" just made it so easy

daffy_duck1 : Yeah....I figured as much. The more you think about it the more it just makes you angry with what politicians can do. The only one I would say that was the best was Tony Blair everyone know this that lives in the UK he was. He delivered what the people heard and did what needed to be done. That was the main reason back in the day I would watch sky news for. Nowadays things are just a mess you dunno who to believe anymore. But you would know who the obvious people are who has brought down the UK badly and that was David Cameron as we know it. All I can do is hope that someone who is like Tony Blair in a way steps up to be the new prime minister. But then I don't see that happening. :/

Luigi442wii : I second that. I so really hope for that. :/
