Yes, you read the title. This game is happening. We don't know much about it yet. It may be a spin-off, or a separate story set in the same timeline (this is what I think). Also, I can tell this thread is going to get a lot of angry responses, so I'm going to post these statements by Scott that he recently posted.

Even if I do post this, people will still be making claims like "He's milking the franchise" and stuff like that, even though there's claims he made against that. But, this isn't a thread for arguments or hate, I'm making this thread to share the news. I for one am excited. I did not expect this at all, and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

LunarDarkness2 : I'm almost interested in how this will turn out, although you can't say that Scott wasn't milking the series. He found one thing that worked, and then made three sequels in less than 3 years, which is franchise milking that even Ubisoft would be disgusted at, but I'm still interested in what he'll do with his surprise hit series.

I am indifferent to the FNAF series. I love watching LPs of it (mostly Markiplier) but I will never play it cause it would stress me out which would scare me more. I am a coward towards this style of Survival Horror. I have played games like Dead Space, and Silent Hill (and Luigi's Mansion which is technically survival horror.... if a kiddie one) and I am mostly okay with it. But puzzle based horror or what I deem defenseless horror just plain freaks me out. I will probably watch Mark play it.

Well, I was actually kind of surprising that Scott is making an other. I'm very excited, too.
