This game can be summed up in only a few words, but I'll go pretty deep into it. But the first thing I NEER to say it... Text. This game is full of it. The only thing worse than text interrupting the game every 5 seconds are pitfalls and spikes, and the text can sometimes cause you to mess up and fall INTO one of those deadly traps!!! So with all that summer up, le-[OSAZE OSAZE! I NOTICED YOU GOT A NEW PROFILE PIC! ITS REALLY NICE HOW LONG DID IT TAKE DID YOU SPEND TIME ON UT THERE ARE ENEMIES IN FRONT OF YOU INTERRUPT INTERRUPT INTERRUPT!!! X] Ok somebody needs to get her OUT of here... Jeez she makes PS1 Mega Man games TERRIBLE... Gosh. Anyway, with any further text boxes let's begin my views on Mega Man X5, and let's see if you'd want to play it as well.
SECTION 1- !!!THE GRAPHICS!!! -
So let's begin, the graphics... Are great. Every sprite and explosion are greatly suited to thier respective stages, and there is a ton of detail put into them. The boss charecters look really nice and there are even some 3D models and such, which are just great. All in all this game is great to look at, and it showcases some of the best spritework on the PS1, For this fact alone it really gives the game an edge. It manages to keep this great visuals and it rarely slows down. Look at this game for too long and you'll be crying rainbows.

SECTION 2- !!!THE MUSIC!!! -
Ok, the sound in this game, is pretty dang good. Now it's not the best, and definetly can't compete against the likes of Mega Man 2, etcetera etcetera. Like I said in my X4 review, I love upbeat and high speed bitty/electro music, and to me this game hits the spot pretty well. The reason why I did'nt rate higher? Its pretty generic and bland at times. It just doesn't par up against the other games, and to me the other games had some great music (Except for the PS1 X games) If your going to play this, just don't expect to hear the best music of the X series, its good, but it just falls short at times

-SECTION 3: !!!THE ADDICTIVENESS!!down.This game is pretty easy to pick up and play, and it offers some AWESOME BAM BAM SHOOTY SHOOTS! Its just a good time, and it makes the game really easy to get into. You have to be careful when you play this, because it becomes flappy bird sometimes, and it becomes IMPOSSIBLE to put the controller down. Its really, really fun and you'll find that you won't be getting bored anytime soon. For this reason alone I really think you should check the game out, its just really good fun. I can't exain how nice the game gets once you st- [OSAZE OSAZE! I LIKE TALKING TO X AT RANDOM TIMES DURI G HIS ADVENTURE! ITS REALLY FUN AND IT LETS HIM STOP ALL THE ACTION AND TALK TO ME AT COMPLETELY RANDOM TIMES!!! I LOVE IT! X] And that's a prime example of what kills all the fun. The text boxes, they are everywhere, you constantly have to wait and close down all the text, which by the way you can't skip. Other than that the game is really addictive.

SECTION 4- !!!THE STORY!!! -
The story isn't anything special, but the game really hammers it into your head. That's the main reason for the text boxes, they tell a little part of the story when they appear, which is why the story gets a nice rating from me. Quite a bit of care went into it and it really helps assimilate the charecters. Just another reason why I think you should play the game, of not for the gameplay. Its another piece in the Mega Man X storyline, and for what it is, its pretty darn good.

SECTION 5- !!!THE DEPTH!!!
The game has plenty of depth, there are secret passages to take, collectables to collect, many many upgrade chips to get, it really help elongate the game and further increases replay value. Whenever you see another e-tank, or anything shiny in general, it gives you that urge to go and find it. Its great fun and it feels SO good to finally manage to collect all the items in the game. As far as I know you don't unlock anything for doing all this, but getting to so easily blow Sigma's face off feels SOOOO good. That evil wily faker really gets what he truly deserves once you do this, its great.
FINAL SECTION- !!!THE DIFFICULTY!!!-
This game is NOT that hard, its hard at first because you aren't upgraded and you have NOTHING. But after you get a few upgrade, it makes you feel like a GOD. You can blow through everything in your path when that happens and it feels SO GOOD! Everything starts to just become OBLIVIATED and It makes the game so much easier, the game really only starts to get hard again once you reach the final stages, but after you get to sigma he's pretty much a piece of cake. It makes the game easy to pick up and play, but if your just starting to get into Mega Man start with easy in Mega Man 2.
REALLY REAL FINAL SECTION- !!!THE OVERALL VIEWS!!! -
The game is good an it should be played if you have the chance. Reasons why you want to play this game: Its fun, you'll love the music if you have a very wide taste, great if you enjoy mild challenges, and most of all, ITS MEGA MAN! AND MEGA MAN IS AWESOME! I seriously think more people need to take a more critical approach to the game, yes it has its flaws, but other than that I think it's pretty dang good. Its really isn't all that ba- [OSAZE OSAZE! LOOK HOW COOL I AM! I CAN POP UP ANY TIME I WANT! ITS SO FUN!!! X] And the text boxes are the worst part of the games, but to be honest, thier pretty easy to look past most of the time. This is Snazz, and I say PLAY THE GAME! YOULL LIKE IT!

Nice to see somebody do another review on Mega Man X5. I think X5 and my favorite of the two X6 often get overlooked. But your review I believe would make new gamers to want to try this game out.
