Hello everyone welcome to the grand review of stardew valley on pc. This game was made by one guy (i am very impressed) by the name of ConcernedApe who worked on this game as a self improvement project( On which he did a amazing job with the sound, graphics,the characters and the world of the game)

Story: there's not much to say with the story besides the player getting a letter from their grandfather who was passing away at the very start of the game. He instructs the player with his farm in the titular place. Once the burden of modern life gets too much for the player the players character will just move in the valley greeted by the mayor (Lewis) and the carpenter named Robin as they show the player around the town.

Gameplay: the game plays like how the old harvest moon games with farming crops, Animal raising. But not only that there's a lot of things the Player can do fishing, Mining, Foraging, cooking (granted you get the recipes of the tv show in the game or some of the villagers once their hearts reached a level) Combat (yes there's Combat only in the two mines in the game and a secret place (i wont tell ). The game also does romances like 10 characters in general 5 males and 5 females (granted you can marry the same sex as well but ITS TOTALLY OPTIONAL forgive me on that. I just can't stress that enough) Though you can simply win nearly every one of them with pizza.

The villagers can be won over by giving them the gifts they love and they have heart events as well (Which can be triggered with a time and a place) Forgot to mention there's like two mini games as well i may have neglected to mention. The game also has a energy gauge as well to limit what you can do on whatever is it the players are doing. Run that you will pass out with a bit of money lost But losing health in the mines doesn't give you a game over more like a trip to the hospital with a chance to lose items. (I should make a thread about the tips and tricks of the game) also the town has few events that players can attend as well as birthdays for each of the characters (granted one of the villagers in the game will meet you in the second year since you wont see him in the 1st year due to his backstory) Completely forgot to mention the cooking and the crafting you'll need items for crafting said item say scarecrow. Also in cooking you'll need the ingredients for said item as well

In Overall ever since i bought the game i am heavily addicted to the game. There's so much within the game to do You literally have to plan on what to do by checking the weather every day. I am on my second year in summer time nearly ready to marry alex in the game (Hes one of the marriage candidates)
