After being here for over a year I have finally given myself a profile image. I think that I actually did try to make a profile image but the thing never let me know that none of my images were uploading. A preview page or an error message would have been nice but ¯_ȌᴥȌ_/¯

I've changed mine probably about a little more often than you have, zander.   I tend to change it whenever I get bored of my profile background, because then I want my profile picture to match it.  I can't imagine ALWAYS keeping the same image... or even being known by my image, because I don't frequent any other forums.  In fact, the only other websites I typically visit are facebook (where 8 of 9 friends are family) and my email.

I'm really, really content with my current profile background though, so I can't imagine wanting to change it any time soon.  That means that the profile pic will likely be around for awhile.  It's nice and positive anyways, right?

If we're looking at a timeline then I'd average like once a year.
I had the electric ball for around a year and before that I had the law books for around 8 months.

I recently changed it again to fit my new profile layout since I was getting a bit bored of the default one. I'm probably going to stick to this one, though I might clean it up a bit since there's still some white bits that need to be removed.

I usually change it every once in a while when I come across a picture I like. Pokemon, yugioh, digimon, etc.

I don't really change it that much, I probably changed my profile picture like maybe three times an year. I normally change it when i get unhappy with the picture I was using, which doesn't happen super often. Currently I'm really happy with awesome face Tails :p.

I usually change it occasionally, mostly if it starting to feel old and/or feel like uploading a funny icon. I just updated it yesterday. On average, I usually updated once every 4 months. Icons you'll see from me is either a Pokemon icon or just a completely random icon you expect The IB to upload (like right now).

Welp, I just figured out how to change my picture so and I'm already itching to change it . So I give it about another week or two before I do that.

I've had this profile picture since the day I started posting on Vizzed. I changed it once, but only to make a point. I only left it like that for a few hours before changing it back.

I feel like my profile picture is part of my identity on Vizzed, and if I change it I am almost changing myself in a way.

I change it whenever I feel like it. Could be a month, could be a year. I find a new picture that entertains me, so I change. Simple as that.

Jordanv78 : That's the way I am by my layout. I have thought of changing it before, but I've been using it since shortly after I started posting, and by now everyone just sees it and associates it with me, so it makes no sense to get rid of it now. I sometimes swap it out solely for posting in an RP or some such thing, but unless it's for a special thread, this layout is the one I'll always be using.

zanderlex - I change mine whenever I actually manage to convince myself to go through the trouble of doing it. I keep meaning to change the one I have now, but I just never actually get around to it. For an estimate of how often I actually do change it, I would say maybe once every eighteen months. I only remember having two (this one and a screenshot of Mario after he sucked up way too much water in Superstar Saga), but I may have had others. Not sure.

Well I had never changed my profile picture until I came across this thread.  Now I've changed my layout and my profile picture because of this thread....probably won't change it again unless another thread like this comes along and makes me feel like changing it again.
