I am a re-reg. My old account was Boxia. 

As Boxia I took multiple long breaks from Vizzed in which I neither posted nor visited.  Until recently I would brush the reasons for these breaks off as "real life" if you were to ask me. A few days ago something happened in my life that made me realize I needed to stop lying to you guys, and myself. I took those breaks because I couldn't commit. I was lazy. Too lazy to balance both school and this site, which I have little but love for.  When I realized and accepted that, I knew it was time to make amends with my past.

I made this new account because I wanted to help the site. I figured a new user making lots of quality posts would be more effective in encouraging newbie activity than an older user surging in posts. However in making this account I feared the repercussions of perhaps getting caught. So I changed my birthday and tweaked my "new" personality to steer away suspicion. It was a sad attempt at hiding, and completely unacceptable. It is one of the many things I am going to apologize for in order for me to (hopefully) make peace with my bumpy past and move on.

I am sorry for spamming the boards during (and to a lesser extent, after) the TDV just to get a few measly jerseys. It was poor "sportsmanship" to play like that.

I am sorry for making a re-reg early during my time as Boxia and using it to annoy people. Being a trusted user back them, It was appalling that I was acting like that.

I am sorry for my passive-aggressive behavior I exhibited as Boxia (and perhaps a bit as IStillSeeTheX). There is no reason for me to be acting so arrogantly. No one I patronized deserved that
 
I am sorry for the multiple breaks I took and all the commitments to Vizzed I didn't keep. I feel every day I spent off of this site is one more day I was letting both you guys and myself down.

And I am sorry for any other offensive actions, rule-breaking, and other poor behaviour I have exhibited in these last three years.

As I get older, I learn more and more about the world, how to act, how to behave, how to be a civil and good human being. And I understand more and more how terrible I was in the past.  And I learn everyday- it was just two weeks ago I faked my birthday.

Now I'm starting anew, and I hope I can leave all of this behind for good. I want nothing more than to help around here. And to do that I need to get all of this off my chest.

When I spoke to you in chat I wasn't really happy.... I asked you why you made a new account. And it just shook my head after you told me. lemme tell you one thing boxia. Trying to start anew with a new account won't work. It won't erase the things that happened in the past. There has been many other before you wanting to do that. supercrash, bara, final weapon. It doesn't make sense if you have your own account. Your own personal username on vizzed that one account everyone will remember you by. Everyone makes mistakes but its how you pursue to getting better in your own way. You can't run from the past you just can't. you were you as you, as boxia not as this new account. Don't listen to people who will discourage you for no reason. Push on with no doubts with loyal friends at your side, there you won't go wrong.

When people learn from their mistakes that is when that day. They will grow stronger to be a better person. People have failed at things. Even I. We are not perfect but what we can do is our best to be ourselves and no one else. I hope to see you on as your username once again not as IStillSeeTheX. Making a new rereg won't help you in any way. It will just make you to think more and feel remorse about your old account. Because not a lot of people don't treasure that one account they made because of some mistakes. You can strive through things if you only try to boxia. I'm happy you've come out clean. now wash out what has happened and prove to everyone and show them what you can do as a good member as Boxia

Glad to hear that you realize your mistake. All you can do now is move forward. And go back to the Boxia account, of course. I told Geeo that you were a re-reg about a week ago but I think he forgot or something, heh. Like I said, all you can do now is move forward.

I'm glad that you admitted this and apologized. It shows maturity in your case.

However, I don't think too many of us are pleased that you made a rereg, but I think if you go back to the Boxia account, the Globals/higher will just give you a slap on the wrist and let you go, but this is simply my opinion and not what they will actually do.

I agree with Lunar, just move forward.

Hopefully the mods will forgive you for this, I think they will I forgive you. I was worried when you were inactive but I thought you'd return someday, and you did. I hope we can talk more than we did before and that you can keep posting in the forums.

Did my recent thread somewhat motivated you to do this, by any chance? 'Cause I noticed that you made it not too long after I created it. Just a hunch through. You seemed to know an awfully lot for an newbie. You did the right thing telling everyone the truth. Boxia, we both should put this re-reg stuff behind us and look forward toward the future, not the past.

I don't really know much about situation, nor am I going to pretend to, but in my personal experience I've tried to avoid my mistakes the same way you have (by creating a new account): pretending that they never happened.  My theory is that if I ignore it, it'll go away (hahaha makes me laugh). From the posts above, I think everyone has forgiven you, but just ask that you do the responsible thing and go back to the old account. I don't really know you, but from what I have seen of you in chat, you seem cool.

My last point I want to make is to forgive yourself. Yes, that sounds extremely cheesy and like I've jacked it from an after-school special, but it's true. I always wanted to ignore my mistakes (okay, sometimes I still do) because I'm really hard on myself and I shame myself for it - and then I think everybody else is looking at me the same way. I made a huge mistake IRL years ago, and it took time to gain back trust - mostly me just "doing the right thing", and everyone seeing that I've changed. Some people accepted me, and some didn't. But I'm happy with who I am today, and I remind myself that mistakes aren't terrible as long as I view them as a 'life lesson'.

IStillSeeTheX : Its good that you said sorry, and while you may not know me I do think it is a very good thing to admit your mistakes. While you shouldn't have made this re-reg, I still forgive you even if we never met before.

I, like everybody else, think the best thing you can do is to just go back into your old account and just show that you've improved. Pretending to be somebody else isn't very mature anyway.

But it's good that you've come clean about it all and apologized. But what I think you should do is forgive yourself for how you used to act. Just keep moving forward and things will be alright.

I never understood why people act like a different person in situations like this. But I appreciate you finally coming forward and apologizing.

As long as you continue to be a good member, you should have no problems going forward. Just focus on that.

I'm sure that you are aware that you are breaking the rules by having more than one account. At this point you need to choose to either A. GO back to your old account or B. Stay on this account. Either way though, one of these accounts in being removed.
