The majority of every retail Sega Master System game has a soundtrack uploaded for it in the Video Game Music feature on Vizzed:
https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php
(click the 'Sega Master System' drop down to view them all)

A total of around 200 SMS Soundtracks have been added totaling around 2,500 songs.

I've also added a few SMS FM soundtracks. For those who don't know what that means, in Japan there was an FM Sound Unit addon for the Japanese Sega Master System that developers could use to enhance the sound of their games. Not all games supported it but some did and strangely enough, even some North American exclusive games supported it, even though there was no way to take advantage of it in North America.

Here's an example of a song without the FM chip:
https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php?song=123674
And here's an example of a song with it:
https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php?song=123673

Here's a search that displays all of the FM songs on Vizzed:
https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php?title=(FM)&games=&artists=&search=&order=&filter=&system=sms

Anyways, the SMS soundtracks can be found here:
https://www.vizzed.com/videogames/music.php?system=sms

PlayStation is most likely the system I'll be working on next.

Funny you mentioned the FM chip, because honestly I've never been a big fan of the SMS sound chip. Most of the games don't have that great of music, but I've always mentioned to people that the FM chip sound unit made it sound WAYYY better. Still not great, but way better than without. For the games that supported it anyways.

Jordanv78 : I wouldn't doubt it if the Sega Master System sounded better than the Nintendo NES with the FM chip.

Can you add the soundtrack for Robocop vs Terminator on here?

The Cool Spot sound track is also missing from this list. If you can add that it would be much appreciated.
