I mean it has to be Kirby, doesn't it? He is the main character of the game and without him...there's no Kirby! And his abilities are so cool! To be able to suck up an enemy and take on their own power, and then kill other enemies with the same power? That has to be pretty awesome!

But since it sounds lame for my favorite character to be the actual main character, I'll go ahead and give this guy an honorable mention...Meta Knight. He is actually the reason why I started playing Kirby games. In Kirby's Adventure for the NES, the game ( in my opinion ) seemed not that challenging to me. But then you had to fight this guy...whew! It took me a couple times to finally defeat him, but I'd have to say that he made the game way more challenging and enjoyable to me.

My favorite Kirby character is King Dedede, specifically the Anime version.
The southern accent he has is hilarious, and he is sort of mean to everybody.

Honestly it's King DeDeDe for me too. I just love his personality in the games/anime that give it to him and really it's hard not to love him. Of course, in Smash he IS the perfect fighter.

Hmm... good question. I dunno all of the Kirby characters but I know enough for the original Kirby and metal knight Kirby. So I go with metal knight Kirby. I remember seeing him a few times and was pretty cool character. XD

tornadocam : I agree with you, He WAS working with King Dedede, but, now he is a playable character.

I really like Meta knight just because of super smash bros. I haven't really played any Kirby games other than the N64 one. 

I've always liked Meta knight. But then again, that is probably my noobish Super smash bros. ways talking xP

But I dont know, he always been kind of mysterious character in the series.

I don't know about everyone else but I'm torn between 0 roller painter and that reappearing artist char I've seen a few times I like 0 because their plan pretty much would have worked if Kirby did not get the clean ability needed to get the heart star things I like roller painter and that artist char due to their boss battles (that charge attack that artist has is pretty funny) also I like the power that these two represent (paint) try using it on heavy lobster for a laugh (hint you can get this power during the fight with it) .

lilbutch07 : Man, you picked a hard series to find a favorite character! Everyone is always so adorable! (except for like final bosses) I'm so excited to try out Kirby Planet robobot! I can't pick just one character...and honestly I have to agree with you Kirby and meta Knight all the way! They make great smash characters--well except for the fact that meta knight falls helpless after every special. (Guess they wanted to make a character where spamming specials would not be beneficial.) Also, meta knight is the coolest character in the Kirby dimension. He's just so. so. meta!

Well other than Kirby my favorite Kirby Character would be either U.F.O or Meta Knight from Kirby and the amazing mirror. U.F.O is my favorite power up because it has various abilities all in one and it was werid because you couldn't take the power with you when you exited the stage you got the power on. Meta Knight is my favorite Kirby character though because of how mysterious he is with an unknown origin and he was really cool in Kirby and the amazing mirror.

Well I mean obviously it's Kirby. :3 lol But specifically it's probably Kirby when he has his sword ability. It's not very good, but he looks cute! I mean...cool. He looks cool. Also I'm referring to his appearance in Kirby Superstar as that's the one I've played the most.

Seriously though, he can copy an infinite amount of abilities, what's not to love? I mean, I like Meta Knight and King Dedede, but Kirby's definitely my favorite.

If rock kirby isn't the most satisfying thing in the universe, I don't know what is. I mainly have this as an example because of its usage in smash bros. But seriously, just the idea of turning into a rock and smashing whoever is below you is a magnificent idea. No other video game character does that. What a rad dude Kirby is.

Actually now that I think about it, my favorite would have to be something that the opening to right back at ya says a lot.

I've always liked Meta-Knight because of his sword abilities in most Kirby games. Don't get me wrong I like Kirby but when me and my friend John, I would always select Meta-Knight hands down.

I always liked the fish (who i've learnt is named Kine) from the dreamland games. I find his vacant expression so dorkily cute. I also like King DeDeDe ^.^

Hm... My favorite Kirby character would probably be Kirby and then Meta Knight as well. =P I like the moves for Meta Knight in Super Smash Bros., but more than that, I think I enjoy watching Kirby inhale/eat everything in sight, and then taking on the attributes of whatever he just ate. XD Having the ability to inhale another character just to carry them to the edge and toss them under a platform is also pretty interesting, even if it's considered a terrible game-breaker (to me anyways) and it's banned in some of the casual tournaments I sometimes join in just for fun. ^^0;; For some reason, I also love Kirby's "cooking" ability in SSBB, even if other people think of it as weak. I find it hilarious and it always makes me laugh when it actually works on someone and I see him toss everyone into the pot before he starts stirring away. lol I guess it also doesn't hurt that he drops items as he cooks. =)
