Hello, everyone! There was no violence or gore in this nightmare at all (unlike another one I posted about here a while ago), but it was still probably my worst one yet . I'm going to be as descr I was standing in a movie theater lobby in Canada with my twin sister, my dad, and some random Canadian relatives of mine. We were all just kind of standing there and talking, but we weren't there to watch a movie. The grownups were talking about some myth (that only existed in the dream, by the way) about the city were in. It was about this graveyard that was defended by a cherub or something. My dad was telling everyone about how his high school average was "in the 130s" (whatever the heck that means), whereas his classmates' were "in the 150s," yet he was smart enough to know that the cherub died a long time ago as opposed to his classmates' belief that it was still alive (don't ask me; dreams are weird.) My sister and I got bored, and my head let me know that we stole exactly $48 from my dad's wallet to buy movie tickets so we could escape the adult talk. We bought the tickets and walked in. The movie was supposedly about the myth our family was talking about. It looked like some spin-off of How to Train Your Dragon, I think (again, don't ask me!) This part of the dream was kind of cool, actually; if I closed my eyes lightly, I could still, like, see the movie somehow? I don't know how to explain it; the bright lights helped me visualize the movie as if I was actually seeing it or something. It looked so good and hyper-realistic and stuff? I got a frigging euphoric rush . Anyway, at some point we walked out and stole some chips and chocolate from the food counter so we could tell our dad we took his money to get some food because we were hungry and that we were sorry movie theater food was so expensive. Better than "y'all are boring so we took your cash to buy some movie tickets!" Anyway, when we got back the movie suddenly became a Powerpuff Girls movie, and there was this fourth girl with long, brown hair, a yellow outfit, and blue rocket boots trying to join them, but they wouldn't let her? There was this big fight, and in the end they pinned her against a building and won. After that, it switched to a character NintendoFanKimmy, out!~ I was standing in a movie theater lobby in Canada with my twin sister, my dad, and some random Canadian relatives of mine. "hyper-realistic" Oh my gosh, it's Tom from Sonic.exe! XD Also, another nightmare starting off in a theater and acting like a video game creepypasta. Wow, maybe it's something more than coincidence... Mine wasn't exactly where I had any control over it at all, though. No laptop fell onto my lap; I just dealt with gory satanic stuff. Because nightmares. This dream, though, reminds me of one nightmare(?!?!) that ended up being supremely funny in hindsight. It happened when I stayed up too late reading bad creepypastas (if I recall correctly, I was streaming myself reading Blood Whistle, and actually passed out from oxygen deprivation at one point due to how much I was laughing at it), so I saw it coming. It was kind of scary at the time, but now it's just so silly. It's seriously just a really bad creepypasta of a "nightmare." RIP, though, that sounds kind of bad. I hate those sorts of dreams when they come along. :c Oh my gosh, it's Tom from Sonic.exe! XD Also, another nightmare starting off in a theater and acting like a video game creepypasta. What kinds of games have you been playing lately? Dreams are part a reflection of your day, part what your subconscious secretly wants. |

That's sad to hear about. Kimmy, I don't know how spiritual you are, but. Do you think this may have any significance? I'd hate to talk to publicly about what I think or know on topics like this, but that's a really sad dream.
I hope nothing really bad is up. I hope nothing really bad is up. |

Dark knight of the blackened sun. I am Sword Legion, one of many. My mask is thick, and my armor is strong. All the more necessary in a world such as this. . . |

SWTerra: DUDE ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT WHEN I WOKE UP WAS SONIC.EXE HAHAH xP. Yeah, I probably would have shrugged it off as funny in retrospect too were it not for the involvement of my family in the nightmare ;. janus : I haven't been playing any video games lately. Sword legion : To be honest, I'm curious about your take on this! Maybe you could send me a PM? Anyway, my belief on dreams is pretty much the same as Janus's sooo. Whenever my dad comes over lately, I'm on my laptop when I should be hanging out with him. I think this dream might be telling me to spend more time with him. janus : I haven't been playing any video games lately. Sword legion : To be honest, I'm curious about your take on this! NintendoFanKimmy :
That sounds like an excellent solution. A man's strength comes from his family as a Father. To feel loved by their children. (And doubly so by daughters. XD) Is a very reimbursing aspect in life to them. I know that my joy comes from my mom, dad and siblings. It's easy to get sucked away on one's laptop, but I still make time to speak to my grandma when I can at her place. It's important to happiness and balance and things like that. Family is one of my favorite things. ^^ A PM? About that stuff? Sure, maybe! I warn you though. My open minded study of this stuff has got some crazy results. I especially hope it's not too unsettling. XD That sounds like an excellent solution. A man's strength comes from his family as a Father. To feel loved by their children. (And doubly so by daughters. Weird, I didn't get the summon. Anyway, yeah, whenever it involves anyone close to you, it's always much tougher to swallow. I can't relate too much, since most of my nightmares tend to involve heavy physical torture afflicted on myself, but I can definitely understand how that must feel.
