So I have just recently started playing undertale. I am not far into the game. But so far it is really fun. The music is catchy just like any old school game of the sort. And also this game did remind me of earthbound from the moment I first saw it. So it also grabbed earthbound fans if I am correct on that. undertale is the most different RPG game I have ever come across it. The gameplay of it is very interesting in a way. But over all I like the puzzles you have to do. Even though some can be annoying to do. So what you like about the game?

I love the game. I have it but I never played it, but I watched as many videos as I can and it's all amazing. I love the story, the characters, and I especially love the music. I wouldn't be surpise if this eventually became my favorite video game soundtrack of all time because there are so many awesome song in it. As for the puzzles, I don't really like them all that much.

Another thing that I really love, is all the comedy that's thrown around.

I've never played the game, but I have seen some vids of it.  I love that you don't have to kill anyone, even the final boss.  It's something I wish more games would implement.  It's been done before (I think an Ultima game had a system like this?), but probably not quite as well as Undertale did it.

This is one of the best games I have ever played. I plan on submitting a review for Undertale sometime in the near future this month. I don't know exactly when, but sometime this month. So if you want to find out why I love this game so much, you should read the review whenever I post it. :p

Yeah, once the game came out I thought it was stupid. But then I actually played it, and oh boy, I really like this game. XD

LunarDarkness2 : You know what? When I first saw it I thought it was a really weird game not a stupid one. I got into it more as the streamer kept on playing the game and I really liked it. Then I had friends telling me that I had to try out the game.

Eniitan :

Yeah, friends are what influenced me to play the game. Paper Luigi made a bet with me that if I enjoyed the game after I finished the Pacifist playthrough, then I had to complete the Genocide playthrough, which is basically the hardest thing in the history of anything ever. Mainly because of the final boss of the Genocide route, but I'm not going to spoil who it is. :p

LunarDarkness2 : I had a feeling something like that would happen. I mean with many fans out there who wouldn't recommend the game to you? And lol for that bet I'm sure you'll probably win it. XD

Undertale is pretty great.

And that's all I feel it is: pretty great. Not amazing, not the best game of all time, and, while unique in design, not an imperative layout in all RPG games going forward (yes, I've heard this sort of stuff).

Again, it's clear Undertale is a good game (even though I don't care much about RPGs, so I've decided not to get it), but I have a feeling there's more hype than anything else behind it, kind of like nostalgia affecting how people see Ocarina of Time. But I digress.

It definitely looks like a fun game, has a very intuitive, yet difficult dodging mechanic, and the idea of never killing a single enemy, while silly realistically, is a neat touch. The sound is pretty nice, reminding me of the likes of Earthbound in some cases, and the graphics are pretty great. I can see why people enjoy this game, but I just wish people would shut up about how if you don't enjoy playing it, then you don't know what good games are. It's getting almost as annoying as Melee elitism, and those who know what I'm talking about know how bad that can be.

It has something that remind gamers from other games they once adored or still do till this day. Its really fun indeed. And when I face wild enemies I don't want to kill them because they look so cute and I help them instead.
