I know the day doesn't end for another 5 hours but so far things have been pretty slow for me today, don't even think I passes 30 posts yet when I wanted to pass 30 by like 3PM. I do not think they should be penalized from joining midway; white banners are a one-time shot and if they are lucky enough to participate in two Tour de Vizzed, we should let them.

I might make the yellow jersey mine today if I finish the first part of a rather lengthy story I'm working on. Just to sneak peek it a bit since I'm saying something about it, it's a Mystery Dungeon fan fiction largely based (setting and a good chunk of overall plot) on the Explorers games (usually referred to as PMD2 (and some people call Explorers of Sky PMD3???)). The title is Trials of Fire and the main character is a Treecko. As a certain annoying bobcat would say, what could possibly go wrong? Everything.
