I've read enough and seen enough of this site to expect a NCAA football bowl pool, or at least hearing who people have for their locks for bowl games won't go over very well.  I bet I get three or fewer answers.  Three answers would make me ecstatic.

What are your top five "Lock" games for the 2015 College bowl season?  Who's going to win no matter what?  Why?

I'm not so good with the the Why but I have:

LSU's Leonard Fournette is going to be an accountant and do numbers to Texas Tech's rush defense.

Michigan is simply going to blast the crap out of a bad Florida team that can't play any kind of offense whatsoever.

Ohio State is going to run over a Notre Dame team that is pretty good but won't compete against a potential FBS play-off team.

Washington St is going to throw the ball 70 times and Miami's DBs are going to be exhausted and we get another year of awesome Mike Leach quotes.

Northern Illinois has gone through six QBs from the injury bug and Boise State is going to run over them.

What does everyone else have?

I'm not going to make a bunch of predictions, just going to agree with you about Ohio St. and predict Alabama to win it all since those are my favorite teams.  And no, I'm not a bandwagon guy, Ohio St. has been my favorite college team since I was a little kid in the early 90's and I started liking Bama around 2000.
