A few responses I've received so far:
Flying only while drunk/naked.
Teleportation only while touching reptiles.
Being able to build anything with your mind instantly at the cost of feeling as if you worked on it for the duration it would normally take to create it.
The power to bend reality, but you get amnesia after you do it each time.

I'd want to be invisible but the drawback after becoming visible again one of your body parts is noticeably invisible so you'd have to do something to cover it.

I'd go with Invisibility but only 5 minutes per day or Jump super high then having cramps like the Dickens.

I would say the power to heal those that need healing. But the drawback would be having a limit. Like for instance I can't heal more than 20 people. Pretty fair I think. Because when you have superpower's you need drawbacks for reasons. Or it wouldn't be fair to how the power is and stuff if you have something unlimited. '-'

This thread makes me laugh.  I like the idea of having something awesome with a slight negative.

My two picks:

1.  You have the ability to breathe or swim underwater without needing any air to breathe but you have the slight feeling of having to poop the whole time you do it.

2.  I think slowing down or speeding up time would be awesome but the only drawback is you would get either really cold or really hot.  Like, if you slowed time down, you would start to get chilly.  The slower the time, the more you were cold.  And if you sped things up, you would get hotter and hotter.
