Some of you might think this is disgusting but I'm having corn and green beans and it is 7:00am on a Tuesday. My breakfast is always vegetables and I like how they make me feel.

I know, I know, it's gross. But once you get used to the flavor, it's amazing how they propel me through the day. I'm super healthy, I'm physically fit, and I'm controlling my nutrition so I look good for my wife and others who want to take a peek. I've dropped down to 155 lbs and I've gotten more muscular in the past year. I'd say, at 35 years of age, I'm maybe in the peak of my life.

And it comes down to eating well. You can't outrun a bad diet and if you put garbage in, you will have garbage come out.

The last thing I ate and enjoyed was some beef stew with carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes in it (yes, I made the beef stew myself because there is a certain recipe for beef stew that I particularly enjoy). =) For dessert, I had a pear and a piece of chocolate cake.

The last thing I had was a couple slices of an extra large Papa Murphy's pizza with pepperoni, sausage and black olives. We hadn't had their pizza in literally 7 years. In my opinion, their food was already good, but it's definitely improved over the years that it hasn't been available to us. I really like their crust.

The last thing I had to eat was a couple of home made Cheese Coneys. 

I make them all the time, using cans of Skyline Chili, Velveeta Shredded Cheese, and any old hot dog buns we have at the time. I would recommend them to everyone, but I don't know if Skyline is available anywhere outside of the area where I live

We just did tacos but it's more like fake tacos since we have the non-meat brand of fake turkey meat. it has its own nice flavor and it goes well with the spices I use to church it up. That goes with corn, beans, some cheese, lettuce, and sour cream over corn tortillas, spiced up with some Cholula sauce.

That + a few Tecates = a really nice Friday night dinner. Oh, and we had the first of many crème-filled eggs for Easter.

The last thing I ate and enjoyed was some curry I bought at the store just to see what it tasted like, except after tasting it, I thought it was just a bit bland so I decided to experiment a little and added some super spicy ingredients to it see if it tasted any better, which thankfully, it did. lol After that, I enjoyed an ice cream sandwich and some pieces of freshly sliced mangoes for dessert.

The Last thing I ate was actually a full meal. I had tomato sandwhices with tomato, lettuce, and onion, spread with mayonnaise and unfortunately on white bread because we were out of wheat bread.

With it I had some BBQ chips and Nacho Cheese chips. Yeah, still having to fight the urge to pig out on chips because dad still insists on buying them for most meals we have. :/
