I'm sitting and eating chips and salsa. I didn't really want to try cooking anything but I was still hungry. I always like having chips and salsa around when I want a snack. Doesn't matter how hungry you are you can just have what you need and then be done. I prefer snacks like that.

For dinner I bought a large salad from WalMart for about $4 and two bottles of powerade, which I had 1 with dinner once I got home. The salad was great, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, croutons, and even chipotle sauce.

Its been a while since I have posted in this thread. My mum made some Nigerian soup called efo. I had that with linguine pasta yesterday. This soup is really healthier and tasty. It has spinach and mackerel fish in it as well. Its really enjoyable to eat lemme show you a picture of the soup so then you don't get confused of what it is and stuff.





Yeah so your kinda thinking this is a strange looking food....try and taste it, and you might like it.
