Halo 5 comes out tomorrow and I've got it pre-ordered. Up until a week ago I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford it but thankfully I was able to come up with the money to get it pre-ordered and now I can't wait to get my hands on it.

I've been a big fan of the series since the first game came out and it's definitely up there as one of my favorite game franchises of all time. I've played through the campaign of all of the games (and some multiple times) and have invested many hours into matchmaking. With that said, I think Halo 5 could potentially be the best Halo game ever made. From what I've seen so far, the campaign and story look very interesting but what has me most excited is the multiplayer.

I was able to play the beta last December and I honestly thought it had the best multiplayer of any Halo game I've ever played! There's going to be 2 main types of combat: Arena and Warzone. The Warzone appears to be for big map combat and will also have AI opponents similar to Halo Firefight. Arena is what I got to play and I loved how action packed and fast paced it was (it reminded me of Quake III Arena which I use to play online on my Dreamcast years ago).
