I can't find a way to save for that either. I haven't tested GBA either so I don't know how to save but when I opened up a game I couldn't find a save option anywhere.

My guess is that saving just isn't available for that system yet.

It saves when you save ingame , like a real GBA , but you can only use 1 computer for the save , because if you try to load or play the game with another computer , you will be getting errors .

I've had the same issue. I was using Pokemon Gold as a test game and saved both in game, and through the emulator by double clicking. Instructions in the emulator window said this should generate a loadable save.

No dice.
Even after selecting "load" from the pop-up box, the game still doesn't have the option for me to continue my supposedly saved file.

Well, I'm not sure if any of the staff members are 100% sure how to save every game. If nothing else I'm sure we could come up with a guide for how to save with each gaming system. Although I think for the games that save states work for right now all you have to do is press F2 to save. But GBA doesn't have a save state feature yet as far as I know.

I have experienced the same problems with Pokemon Fire Red, but other games such as Yu-Gi-Oh Eternal Duelist Soul I can save just fine. For Fire Red it says it has loaded the state like it should but you cannot bring up the last save game. This may be connected to not being able to save in game either (which you also cannot do if you download the rom from another site and play it without a host site. I think the Fire Red is just not very compatible with online rom gaming. Which stinks)

First, save in-game. Second, click the "close game" button at the bottom of the emulator screen. Then you can close the whole thing. If you don't close the game first, it might not save to the emulator.
