Name of the Game: Donate Your Organs
How to Play:
A user will post that he needs an organ transplant to live. He or she may specify which organ needs a transplant (please be mature about it). The user below will say "I will donate my (organ name) to you, however you must do something for me in return." And make a condition for donating your organ to that person.
For this game, just assume that everyone is immortal, and will regenerate the organ they donated (This creates more loop-holes, but just don't think about it too much). So don't just say "I need a new liver because I gave mine to the guy above me" because if everyone started doing that it would get boring quickly. However, it would probably be funny to see the same two users re-donate their liver back and forth to each other. Weird but hilarious. If you do that, just make up new reasons why you need a liver.
Also, you may say that you need a transplant but not say which organ you need, and the next user can choose which organ they want to donate to you.
You may also choose not to donate your organs by saying "I will not donate my lung." You may give a reason.
Then the user who needs a lung may ask someone else, or steal the lung of the user who said no.
One more thing: The organ you need doesn't have to be internal or major. You can ask for a skin transplant, or a vein transplant, or a hair transplant, or a body part transplant (please be mature! Don't be that guy! Remember there are rules, and also children users) such as a hand.

I actually refuse to donate my thumb. I have a cute little birthmark on my left thumb and I'm right handed so no way that is happening.

I could do with a new right ear. I somehow managed to cut it when I was younger and now there's a little scar on it.

I would like to receive a new(ish) body.  Can someone donate all of their vital organs?

supernerd117 : You can have my "vital" organs, I don't need them anyway. They're just slightly worn in, so you'll get used to them fairly quick.

I need a straight spine, and a set of eyes from a youth. I'll be able to use my old spine as a cane in my oldest days, as for my other eyes I can use them as a spare or as a decoration.

You can have a spine from that dictionary I don't use anymore.The set of eyes?

Now I need some lungs.

I'll trade you one of my lungs for a healthy liver and kidneys.  I do smoke and drink a lot, so I'm not sure you would get much use from my end
