Anyone can win individual jerseys. If I wanted to, I could work my ass off for a day and win the red or green. Both have been done by non-staff.

The advantage staff has is there are simply too many staff, as compared to non-staff.

In the last two weeks, of the 30 most active members of the site... twenty are staff, one is me (who isn't even competing), and one is a permabanned user.

If you narrow that to the 20 most active (thus, the people most likely competing), you have 15 of the 20 most active members being staff.

The five users who aren't staff and in the top 20 are you, sonicmcmuffin, Boxia, GamingN00B, and cnw64.

Combined, you are good for roughly 810 posts. The top 2 users for the past two weeks, zanderlex and gamerforlifeforever2, combine for 890.

The five most active non-staff this month aren't keeping pace with the two most active staff. And there are 13 other staff members in the top 20 to add to the damage.

It was evident even entering the month (when I did this same list with the top 30 and so). The staff were always going to dominate the team competition. The individual competition was up for grabs, but no one seems to want it more than the staff members. They don't have a ridiculous advantage there. It's just people want to whine about that one, more than this.

EX Palen : Yeah, I mostly decided to conserve on my posting and focus on green jersey lead.

If thing1 goes at hard at it today like he did yesterday we probably wont be able to shut staff out but I'll still try getting a few points regardless, gotta keep my lead anyways.

legacyme3 : While that may be true regarding the posting jerseys, staff basically have a huge advantage in green and red to some extent as long as they decide to go for it just because they can do some actions instantly that non staff can't and also have a higher all around cap on them, meaning they have the ability to get more actions and cp.

But even so yeah I agree with you that this competition was set up to be pretty one sided from the start just due to how many active staff members alone.

Sorry, but I'm going to take a break from the TdV today. I'm burnt out from how hard I've worked on vizzed with posting and staff work this week and I need a break. Forcing myself to compete never ends well for me.

Looks like we arent really doing that good a job with shutting out team non staff. They have a ton of help in the red jersey from all of the donations doublers. We need to find a way to pull ahead of them!

Well looking at the red jersey totals so far, I'd say we're not going to shut out team non-staff... So much for that Viz reward lol!

I don't believe it, I checked out the tdv page and with less than an hour to go its 60-0 Team Staff. Just a couple hours ago there were like 7 non staff members on the board, looks like this is going to be an amazing day for us.

Well I hate to be negative about this but anybody can win this team competition. The staff that is competing right now might just quit competing or something may happen which pulls them out of the competition for so long which gives non staff a boost. There is still more than half of the month left so even though it seems like staff will probably win in my opinion anything can happen. Good luck everyone ~

Way to go guys, I think that's really jinxed it because it doesn't look like the ray was any more active than any other day, its not that we did more, just that the non staff didn't even try yesterday.

Wow, we shut out the non-staff yesterday! I knew we could do it! On double CP donation day, too.

I'm fairly certain if I didn't decide to submit that review that a non-staff member would've sneaked in for the red jersey. So I kinda hurt myself there because now I need to give away lots of Viz lol. I don't mind though, staff is my team too after all! Results post will be up in a few minutes.
