I think this is NOT a game,it's just a episode thing.
I know why was this made:
Back in '90,there weren't any Panasonic HD  TVS,And kids loved Spongebob. Who Doesn't?
So their parents  had to buy their child this collection, along with a GBA.
This isn't HD as how now Nickelodeon Offers.
A better way to watch them full HD,is to buy a TV,or watch them online.
Let me say you how I got this on GBA:
So,back in 2009,I hadn't a HD TV,and my tv won't catch Nickelodeon.
1 Year Later,I and my grandmother gone to a Magazine store.
We bought a Spongebob Magazine, and I had this game as a gift in it.
In 2011,I got a GBA,
Inserted the game,
Except Nothing HD.
Audio not Clear.
My final rating of this is 6.

I'm not sure what you were expecting. When this "game" was released, HD home consoles hadn't even been released yet, so how would this video be HD? Also it was made for the GBA! Even though it was a 32 bit handheld, it's graphics are about the same as a Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis. So there's no way something like this would have as much quality as it does on an actual television.

Looking back on these cart "Volumes" it's kinda funny to think about. You were paying top dollar to basically watch shows on the go. Only these carts could only fit a few episodes. You were probably better off getting the DVD and watching it on a portable DVD player.

I've watched a few seconds of a couple of these, and they are very hard to watch emulated. As in they don't emulate very well. I haven't though, watched them on an actual GBA, but I'm sure the quality isn't that much better.

I understand the concept, just funny how far we have come tech wise in less than 10 years regarding videos on the go like this.

As far as the review itself goes, it needs a little bit of work. Your points aren't very clear and you kinda jump around on the topic. Not bad overall, just needs some work.

To add to what Jordan says, you might want to try other threads like "Video Games" if you are to write something of the sort. For reviews, it's usually expected that you will have a clearer structure( Graphic: X/10, and then a description) and be more explicit as to why you liked/disliked that metric.
