Well I thought of it as a good idea but not much interest with the people here so gonna auction it off. 
So it's going to be an auction with the starting bid at 50,000 Viz. increments of 1,000 Viz minimum per bid. To prevent sniping, auction officially ends with the highest bidder and no other bids been placed in an hour from the last bid after Friday night 10 pm server time. 
Edit: I didn't know today was Friday so.... Moving to Saturday, 10 pm server time.
