I need some recommendations on steam games. I'm hoping I can take advantage of this sale and get some pretty good games. If a certain game isn't on sale you can still recommend it to me.
I'm a big fan of shooters and rpg games and I'm not interested in any sims or city builders.

That said, some users seem to have the game not work at all.  Plus, it requires Uplay.  I picked it up on the likely chance that it will work.

The humor is terrible imo, but the gameplay is solid.  If you have friends that can play locally, some might consider it a must-buy.  At that price, I might recommend it for single-player, but just barely.

Probably not very good single-player, but essential for multiplayer gaming, from what I've heard.

If you're into LEGO games, I recommend MARVEL Super Heroes and Lord of the Rings the most.  Both have solid voice acting and humor and have a lot of replayability, like most LEGO games.  Marvel is particularly good, although the flying mechanics could have used a bit more work imo.

It's short, but oh so beautiful.  However, it was only recently released, so the discount isn't steep.

supernerd117 : Child of light and  ori and the blind forest look pretty good. Hopefully I can  get them soon. I played castle crashers on my xbox before and it was pretty fun, but I don't think I'd play it again.

Here's one more:  Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition.

It's one of only four games I've 100%ed (although four achievements didn't register).  Its a metroidvania with fighter game elements.  Bit tough if you're colorblind, but very, very polished.  For a time, it was my favorite game on Steam.  It still is among my favorites.

zanderlex : I still haven't played Unturned, but I highly give my recommendation to the last two.  They are near the peak, if not at the peak of twitch gaming.  I hesitate recommending OFDP because of its gratuitous violence lol  But it is a great game.  A fantastic one, like the other two.

Will for shooters try Day Z and H1Z1. Those are good games. For Rpgs Darkest dungeon I heard was a great one but I have never played it.

I think you would like Nuclear Throne Crypt of The Necrodancer. They are both rougelikes/dungeon crawlers and really addictive and I recommend that you should get them because I really enjoyed them and I think you should get them too.
