I just finished beating the Elite Four, and have gotten the NationalDex. I know that the next step is to go Celio and then get the ruby, therefore receiving the rainbow pass. However, the cave where the ruby should be is not there. Is the vizzed version not updated enough?

You're playing the basic version of Leaf Green, right? If so, there should be any problems with finding Mt. Ember on One Island. You go north, surf up to where the mountain is, and to the right, you fight the Rockets to be able to get inside, which you can navigate through, and find the Ruby. You went through all this, then? And what exactly do you mean the cave "is not there" then?
