Hi, newbie here

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have just recently purchased the PlayStation Item and the Game Accelerator and managed to load Crash Bandicoot once. However my computer then crashed so I had to restart it. I have now logged back on to Vizzed to find that I now don't have access to the PlayStation Games at all. The play game button has disappeared for me all for PlayStation Games.

Please could someone advise?

It seems that your item got sold, probably an accidental click while your computer/browser crashed, Or when you purchased the item accelerator, you accidentally assigned it to the same slot as the PlayStation item. Sometimes people make that mistake. When that happens the item is overwritten in that slot, and lost.

Jordanv78 : looks to me like the playstation item was purchased in slot 1 and then the game accelerator was purchased over top of it in slot 1. This is not a scam and I can refund the 50,000 Viz required to buy the playstation item.

Sorry to post again. If this is not right, feel free to remove the post.

I just have a question. My keyboard doesn't respond to playing the game. I notice in the corner it says arrows and ZCD for moving about etc but nothing on my keyboard works. I can select start and that's about it. Sorry I'm a newbie at this so confused

With regards to the slots, you just can't put an item where another item already exists, or it overwrites it. That's why David put that warning on the item page. Hopefully he changes it in the future so that doesn't happen.

As far as the controls go, you can double click the game window to re-configure the controls to suit your needs.
