It was going to happen sooner or later, wasn't it? It was only a matter of time before I reviewed this game. Let me get this through, I "hate" this game, it's just so darn hard for me. This is an example of one of those extremely hard games that I have played on mobile games. The game isn't hard in general because there's people who are awesome in it, but I can't seem to get anywhere with it. I started playing this game shortly after it became popular, I remember watching people play this game all the time and I figured that I wanted to give it a try. The game was very fun and for some reason it was very addicting as well, but I can't tell if I was more happy or more in pain from all the stress, but there's no doubt that the game is addicting.

GRAPHICS 6/10

The graphics are actually quite good aside for a few small quality drops, but there's nothing wrong with it. The graphics look old, they look like some of the graphics that you would see in an older video game, but its full of color, and the colors change every now and then. You got the background of a city which changes from day to night, and the color of the birds changes. That's really all there is to the graphics, it's very simple but you don't need anything special and it works. For that, my grade for graphics is going to be a 6 out of 10.

SOUND 1/10

I'm not going to lie and say that the sound is good or even that there is any really because that would be far off from what the truth is, and the truth is that the sound in Flappy Bird sucks. Forget there not being enough, there isn't enough sounds because there isn't any at all pretty much, and its really the worst game I have ever seen when it comes to the sound. When it comes to mucus, I can't say anything because there's none at all, and the regular sounds of the game are just as bad because there's so little. As for the regular sounds of the game, you have about 3 different sounds, you have the one when you tap the screen to make the bird jump, you have the sound you get when you pass a pipe and get a point, and you have the sound when you crash and die. That's all there is, there's nothing to the sound at all and my grade for this aspect is going to be a 1 out of 10.

ADDICTIVENESS 8/10

I really don't know why the game is so addicting, if a game is this hard and challenging, then it should turn people away from playing it, but it does the complete opposite. This game is really hard but apparently that's why so many people like it , they just can't seem to get enough of this game. All you're doing is guiding your bird between pipes yet that can last you for hours. Its possible to play a game of flappy bird dozens of times back to back because its that addicting and my grade for this aspect is going to be an 8 out of 10.

STORY N/A

Lookie here, yet another game with no story, nothing to see here folks. This game probably has less than any of the mobile games that I have ever played. Most of the games I played at least have a few goals such as distance, money, points, etc, yet the only goal for this game is to go as far as you can without dying, and guess what? There's NOTHING ELSE. That's all you do, you fly until you die, and once you do die, you start over again. There's nothing to the game and I can't put a grade for this category because of that.

DEPTH 3/10

What were you expecting? A good grade? I would give this game a good grade, however, it doesn't deserve one because it doesn't have any depth. Just like I mentioned in the last section, there's nothing to the game. The only thing that you get to do throughout the game is fly up and down and avoid the pipes. The only things that really change are the colors of the bird and background, but that's it, you don't even use any other button because there's only one function which is to fly up. That's all there is to the game and that's not a lot. For that, my grade for depth will be a 3 out of 10.

DIFFICULTY 9

Why do I keep reviewing games that are so hard? Did I use up all of the easy games and only play games that can blow my brains out? Probably. This game is insanely hard because the gaps between the pipes are so small and you need to measure your jumps carefully and after each jump you have virtually no time to think before you have to do something new. In addition to all that, it appears that every now and then you will die even if you barely miss the pipe, and that's terrible. I've seen people get past 100 pipes in one try, yet I only made it past 10 a couple of times out of dozens of tries because its just too hard for me. It's definitely one of the 5 hardest games that I have ever played and my grade is going to be a 9.

Just because the game has a few bad aspects and is so hard doesn't mean that it's a bad game, it was super popular for a reason wasn't it? Kt has a few bad aspects and even a few that are very bad, but when you first play the game, you will be entertained for a while. If it wasn't free though, I would have never bothered to play it, but for a free game, its good. Overall, its decent and its worth playing for a few rounds and my overall grade for Flappy Bird is going to be a 6 out of 10.

Anyway that review was very good as you clearly show why the game was so terrible despite good graphics. For once, elaborating on the lack of story was done well. I didn't know a (modern) game could be so empty.

Wow, after seeing how bad you think the sound in that game is, I think I'm never going to play that game ever. You did a very good job with this review, and you've made my decision of never playing this game so easy and I thank you for that.
