Plugin suddenly stopped working.

I have a Windows 8.1 and I am using Google Chrome you see what happened is it stopped working and I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it usually after that I just run a game and it will say if you would like to run the plugin and that would be that. But now it is not saying that and when I checked my plugins the Plugin was not on the list even though I reinstalled it is something wrong?
