For some reason whenever i try to start a game it's saying that the plugin is already running and that it failed to initialize. Can anybody please tell me what is going on I literally have nothing else open and it still says this

Which internet browser are you using? I've encountered this a few times while using Firefox and the problem was that the Plugin Container for Firefox didn't close after I closed the RGR Plugin game window.

If you're using Firefox you'd have to close plugin-container.exe process within the Task Manager.
