The Looney Tunes Show. No, not the old one, the new one. The modern one.

It ran from 2011 - 2014. And it was great. I never watch any TV, and I like to refer to cartoon network humorously as "Your home of Americanized anime and other random trash". So yeah. I don't watch much of anything on cartoon network. Before Looney Tunes Show it was Clone Wars that I was watching. And now the pokemon anime looks mildly entertaining. . . still not going to take time out of my day to watch it though.

But anyways. This show was genius!

It took all the nostalgic characters, (and referenced their past in unique, funny ways!) All while keeping them in character, or at least the most important ones. (Gotta love the new witches voice XD)

It was all to funny. Bugs being the mature, responsible normal American. Daffy being the loser roomate. Porky being the kind hearted, but low self esteemed lonely guy who will do anything for that loser daffy.

And then we have their girlfriends, which I think was one of the most funny parts of the whole show.

Lola. LOL. Bugs! What do you see in here? XD But yeah, I know what he sees. She has a kind heart. XD

Eirrin:

You're the only guy I know who watches this. XD

Dark knight of the blackened sun. I am Sword Legion, one of many. My mask is thick, and my armor is strong. All the more necessary in a world such as this. . .

I didn't really like the new one. I liked the one better. I mean, there were a few episodes I liked in particular, such as the one where Daffy became a hairdresser, but that was about it.

I liked some of the episodes. It seemed to have a real "Hit or miss" factor to it. Some of the episodes were plain boring.
But then there are a few episodes that are exactly what you'd expect from Looney Tunes, like the one where Daffy gets his driver's license, or when they were breaking out of jail. x)

We all know Lola is secretly a Yandere-chan, Bugs stays with her purely out of fear.

I wonder what the character limit on this thing is.

I actually think that The Looney Tunes Show just sucks. I can't stand the humor, writing, episodes and almost everything from it. In my opinion, it's one of the worst Cartoon Network shows that I have seen. I'm actually glad that it's cancelled, but for Cartoon Network is still making trash, I can't stand the network anymore.

It was all ok it wasn't really funny though, I think the guys who created this show were trying to hard to make it funny but it wasn't there.

Back when I had all the good channels on my TV (around a year ago we had to get them removed because my cable provider was making things too expensive and we didn't want to watch TV so much anymore), I saw a few episodes of this show. I liked the old Looney Tunes better because of its classic humor and hilarious voice-acting, and I found it funnier than the new show.

Even though I don't have Cartoon Network on my TV anymore, I'm still sad that the new Looney Tunes show got cancelled.

They still air it here in Sweden, on Cartoon Network and one of our local channels during the weekend on the mornings, though it's dubbed in Swedish (which I hate when it comes to all shows).

I liked some of the episodes, though the jokes were kind of hit and miss for me, and I found that the animation could've been done better.

I still think there are funnier cartoons out there overall, like Sheep in the Big City, now that was funny and severly underrated cartoon :/ At least they still air it on boomerang though I don't have that channel anymore.

I thought it was alright though as some have said some of the jokes really do fall flat at times.. Honestly though I really do prefer the original due to nostalgia's sake.. .And I think a few people feel the same way..

That's the problem with re imaging a show.. some will like the changes and some will detest them x3

Of course! The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show was every Saturday morning at 11 on ABC. It is incredible that such old cartoons (mostly made before the 1950s) can have such a resilience. My favorite one is probably the Rabbit of Seville.

I used to watch that show a bit since I was on that channel quite a lot between Regular Show, Gumball, Adventure Time, and Level Up, so it would always be on at one point or another and I thought it was pretty cool. I like some of the stupidity.

Looney Tunes Show, AKA Best Show Ever. xD Seriously, this was easily all time favorite show. I really don't understand why it didn't run longer than it did, it was just hilarious and like you said, played off of their past perfectly while keeping them in character. Top notch writing and always funny, I loved how they didn't fall into the same rut that most modern cartoons/comedies have, you know the "Wait, what?"s and similar jokes we've seen so many times that we can recite half of the next episode's jokes before we even see it. Seriously, being the huge fan of comedy that I am, I've grown weary of hearing the same joke on every show I see. The Looney Tunes Show was an exception, it used original humor, and I think that was a huge draw factor for it.

I'm actually surprised that so many people here have said they didn't like it, seeing as how everyone I know personally liked it.

Also, gold star for you Sword, for spelling the show's name right. Most people spell it "Toons" instead of "Tunes".

And might I add that, for once, the French translation did not completely suck. Bugs Bunny's "Quoi de neuf, docteur?" almost sounds better than "What's up, doc?" Although (even if they were necessary) the translation of all these signs in English was pretty annoying.

Final Weapon : You should . Many of the skits just do not get outdated like the Coyote and the Roadrunner, the Rabbit of Seville and Tweety and the "Putty Cat". True, the drawing does not look appealing next to what is done nowadays, but the wit more than compensates it.

I loved the old Looney Tunes series. Back at the beginning of 2010, when I heard there was going to be a new series of Looney Tunes being released, I honestly thought it was going to be crappy like most modern shows based on the oldies are. But when I saw the first episode, I was proven wrong. I knew the visual aspect of it was going to be better, but I thought it was going to be a horrific downfall from the original Looney Tunes. Apparently I was way off. I just wish they made more modern shows like they've made The Looney Tunes Show. Ever since it was released, I've watched it every time it comes on. I especially like the Merrie Melodies in the midst of each episode.
