Ok so I've had to deal with diabeties, hypo thyroid, liver damage, and loads of other stuff.  But that's all turned around!  My latest blood work is all NORMAL!!!!!   Every single thing wrong is now on the NORMAL scale!!!  OMG I could not be happier at this moment!  I've been working on this for years!

To answer everyone's questions I will say it was more than diet and working out.  I had to keep track of my medicines and do some life style changes like moving out and getting therapy.  Without overcoming my depression and stress my body was not getting better but worse no matter what my diet was or how much I worked out.  This has been a long time but I'm glad things are going my way finally!  Thank you everyone for your support!

If I might pitch in an advice (especially for diabetes): cut off grain and sugar. These are your most lethal enemies. Yes, even "whole-grain bread" is dangerous as it's mostly starch, i.e. simple sugar linked in a long chain. Instead, go for fat.

My husband has had hypoglycemic problems for a long time, and ever since he moved towards paleo he has so much more energy.
