This game is very slow but its still a lot of fun to play. I am a huge fan of games like these where you get to take care of pets, I grew up loving Nintendogs and I loved the Sims 2 Pets so I figured this game would be the same and that I would like it just as much. I never played the full version, just the mobile version and I do really like it, aside for the terrible slowness. Literally after every single thing you do the game has to load and the loading takes a while so really the games loading for about the same amount of time as you're actually playing, but that's really the only thing about the game that bothers me.
GHRAPHICS 8/10
The graphics are really good as there's a ton of graphics for both the animals and setting, though you can't really move around the environment so all you are seeing is basically a picture with some stuff moving in the bacground and not actually part of the game. Each area of the game is full of color and detail and each map looks really nice, then of course we have the dogs which look quite realistic and for this I am going to give the graphics a grade of an 8 out of 10.
SOUND 8/10
There's actually a lot of sound in this game, you have the sounds of the dogs, sounds of things you do whether you are playing with a ball or feeding, it random sounds from doing actions like buying stuff or when you get EXP. Then you have some music which I do enjoy a bit, when I first turned on the game I was introduced to the music and I though that it fit the game really nicely because it was calm and fun to listen to, though not the kind you want to listen to when you're not playing. Overall the music and sounds played a really good role in making the game fun and my grade will be an 8 out of 10.
ADDICTIVENESS 8/10
The game has potential to be very addicting as its one of the coolest things that you can do, take care of animals and only a few things are more fun then that. You get to pet your dog, feed and clean it, play with it, travel with it, and much more. Its just like having a real dog but without all the Hassel and its a lot of fun. Anybody who doesn't have a pet or even some who do would find this game to be a lot of dun and my grade for addictiveness is going to be an 8 out of 10.
STORY 6/10
There isn't really much to a story in this game but then again you also could say that there is because there are a few small things that you need to take care of which include of course taking care of your dog, entering all sorts of challenges, buying stuff to take care if your dog, and more. It doesn't really have a set story with a major plot and a goal but it does have something small and for that I am going to give this category a grade of 6 out of 10.
DEPTH 8/10
I would say that the game has a good amount if depth because even though you are limited to just one spot on each map, there's still a lot of things that you can do. Even though the maps are small, there's more than a dozen different places to visit and on top of that you have the shops which have a ton of things to sell. The shops aell more than 100 items including toys, accessories, animals, food, and more. The game has a ton of stuff to go through and for that I am going to give this category a grade of 8 out of 10.
DIFFICULTY 3
The game could be pretty hard actually since its on a phone so some of the controls could be a bit hard to master but that's about it, the rest of the game is fairly easy because the game is about taking care of animals and as a game its easy with not too many problems and for that this category gets a 3.
OVERALL 7.8/10
Overall the game is a lot of fun, even though the game is still very slow as I had mentioned before, but aside for that that's the only problem I see with the game and the rest of it is pretty fun. If you like these kinds of games then I suggest that you try this one out and see what its like for yourself. I really liked the game as a whole and overall I give it a grade of 7.8 out of 10.
