Appreciation and gratitude, the people I know always have these attitudes and I always exploit for their goals by breaking the boxes sometimes insistently, if I make him favors and more at the end when I have such a need is not met or even come ignored and I would say a million excuses, not that I'm at the center of the world but if I offer gratitude or thankfulness trying to help other people in my can, these people then pretend nothing.

I feel saddened and disappointed, but as I do a favor that sometimes should last a lot and repaid does not happen in any way, is a despicable thing to be good, now I have to move away from these people, I have to decide once and for all it is time to change.

In short, you have to be good but do not be fooled, no?

You see my friend you do get something from helping someone you may get thanked but yes not all people do this so you may not always get that reward. But there is one reward that you will always get when you help someone it can never be taken away that reward is the feeling of being proud that you helped someone even though some people will not show their gratitude you will always feel proud that you helped that person that you saved him from a bad situation it is sort of like being a hero in a way. I help people because I care not for the reward or gratitude I just want everyone to be happy and isn't that what a hero does. So you may not get material goods as a reward for helping someone and sometimes you won't get a thank you but it is the feeling of helping someone that drives me to help people but is that why you help people that is the question why do you help people?

I closed one eye several times but this does not make me feel better, return or have gratitude should be a natural thing, but so it is perhaps even feel compelled to do something against their will or caring fully ignoring the other person.

When the jar is overflowing with water all comes out even with my patience and turns into disappointment and mortification, there are already so many problems that I overhang and with the addition of this leads me into depression.

Then maybe ask me "I have done something wrong?" diverting and pretending that they know nothing about, well, I have to learn to turn the other cheek to duty.

Somehow I have to react ... no?

But you do the "pleasures" with the expectation of getting to force something material in return? Type a payment in money or anything like that? The gratitude that others feel toward you do not have to see it to know that there is quantified .. There is and can be understood if you talk with them .. Then maybe not necessarily now, that one day you find yourself that will have done a favor that maybe you have not even asked.

I like to be honest and grateful to whoever gives me a good service or help me, but those who try to harm me or can I somehow I remain impressed and moreover offend me too ... I do not like people who are deaf ear.
