Can you stack Game accelerator?

I am surprised I never asked this question before, I tried looking into the question I have as much as I can, but I couldn't find my answer so I will write it down here, I was just wondering can you stack the game accelerator, as I believe that would be the only item so far that someone would want to stack. As in stack I mean let's say I have put the game accelerator into slot 3, but then I bought it again, and put it into slot 4 instead of 10 times faster, could and or would it be 20 time faster since I have two of those items now, or no that does not work like that. This is for the item game accelerator by the way just in case no one knows what I am talking about. I just thought of the idea, and thought it would be neat to ask this.
