I'm not a huge fan of either of them, but if I were to pick I think I'd stick with Halo 3. Tossing the whole "12 year-olds swearing through voice chat" problem aside, when I played it a few times I really enjoyed the gameplay. Modern Warfare wasn't all that enjoyable for me compared to Halo 3; I guess it's because I'm more of a science fiction fan than a historical war fan.

I like both to be honest, but each has its strengths and weaknesses. I think call of duty has a good campaign but halo has better multiplayer. I like halo because it is more strategic than COD, but thats just my opinion. Most people like cod more, but i tend to lean towards halo.

I think that call of duty is better because its more relistic and takes more strategy in halo it takes to long to kill someone and makes it to difficult to kill someone when they run away in call of duty you can kill someone in a blink of an eye and they cant really run away so its easier to get the kill and not waste your time chasing someone down
