At least now most of our work is thinking (which still takes a LONG time to discuss, come up with designs, and discard bad designs). We've had to take over two hours to perfect a portion of the game that will only end up taking 20-30 seconds.

The alternative would be none of us using creative (since server security is a priority), and then this would suck.
