January 26th, 2015, 11:33 AM Well, this is my first day with a blog. How great. Now, this will be a blog, but without personal things. I'm just going to explain things that happen in my life. Anyways, let's do this!

So, today, there has been all this talk about a blizzard, called Winter Storm Juno. Apparently, I am going to be getting hit hard where I live. I might be getting 2 or even three feet of snow. I cannot believe it! Anyways, yesterday night, I got a call from my school saying that I would have a "half day" today. And I did. I was in gym, about to play a game, when I was called down to the front office! I walked down to the front office, feeling a little nervous, thinking that I might get in trouble (for what is totally beyond me). However, I saw my mom and my sick sister (she got the flu somehow) sitting there. I had to leave early. So, I basically had a "quarter day". I had to walk back to the gym, say that I was leaving, go to my locker, get my stuff, walk back to the main office, and then finally leave. Lots of walking! I was walking in the cold winter snow, and then went to my mom's car. We went home, did everything we had to do, and now I'm here!

So, this is my first out of many posts. I want to see if you like this, and if you want more! Do not be scared to say something negative about this! Feel free! Thanks for reading - bye!

January 27, 2015, 8:08 PM: So, there was no blizzard. There was no two or three feet of snow. We got like 6 inches of snow. We were way too over prepared. I had no school today, which was nice, because we just needed a snow day. I played outside in the snow in the late morning, right after shoveling the sidewalk. I was pretty disappointed when I saw how little snow we got. We will more than definetly have school tomorrow. Salt was spread all over the sidewalks. When I went outside to the front of my house, and the only sounds that I could hear were the sounds of people shoveling snow , the loud roar of snowblowers, and the occasional truck pushing the snow back to the curb. It was more than definitely an interesting morning. In the afternoon, my dad and I were going to do the dishes, but then, something was wrong with the dishwasher. Something got stuck in the drain of the dishwasher. It took my dad and I 2¾ hours to finally get everything together and running again. We worked very hard today!

January 28th, 2015, 8:33 PM: Wow. This is amazing. If you have not really been paying attention to my other threads for the past few days, I created a Super Bowl betting thread! So far, I have gotten over two hundred thousand Viz in bets! Today was a pretty slow day. I woke up, started to feel a little excited after the snow day that I had yesterday because of the snow storm, and went through the morning! Yes, I was a little tired, but a glass of water helped me get a little bit of a boost through the day. Today, I had my first Spanish class. The teacher is pretty nice, but my friend who sat next to me had to move because he started laughing too hard after something I don't really know what happened. So, this afternoon, I had to walk home, but I really didn't want to. I kept asking if my grandfather could pick me up, but he was in Florida, which is really, really, really far from where I was! It was cold, windy, and I had snow all over my face after getting into a friendly snowball fight, with my friends. I was glad that I didn't get anything like frostbite, because that would be bad for me, mainly because that would hurt!

February 27th, 2015, 10:24 AM: So, I have not made a blog post for over a month now. I haven't been active on Vizzed lately. But with this new "being here for 3.5/4 years thing" going on, I am really trying to become a more loyal Vizzed member. This year, I think I can boost my post count to at least 400 or 500. I can be active on Vizzed!

I was very slow from the time I signed up to about late 2013. I posted 200 things (or posts) just this year so far alone. So, this means that this year will be blossoming with new threads and posts constantly!

Oh, and if you didn't already realize, this is a little post of my history on Vizzed, so please, if you don't care, leave now. It's my beginning, a big break, and some other random things.

So, in August 2011, a younger me was looking to play Mario Paint, a very well known game on the Super NES. Anyways, I was looking all over the Internet for the game, but nothing was to be found until I came across Vizzed. I downloaded the Retro Game Room plugin, started playing, and really enjoyed it! Now that I think about it, I am not precisely sure why I was so interested in the game - I mean, it's basically drawing.

A few days after getting acquainted with Vizzed, I finally signed myself up. I never posted, and within 2 years, I only had 20 posts. That's nothing compared to me now.

Over the years, I played some games and rarely went on the forum. Since I have a Chromebook (which I am using right now), which I have had for 2 or so years now, I can't download the Retro Game Room plugin or play using Java, so I was pretty much doomed until I found the forums.

My small return was in January 2014, but my big return was just last month. I plan to become someone popular here. I plan to be recognized in a good way this year, and not just some outsider. I met Singelli, a very nice person (who I just found out today is becoming a mother, yay!), and many other folks here, which makes me realize that Vizzed is a really big family.

I try to help out Vizzed in any way that I can, with reporting issues that I have and giving some suggestions so Vizzed can blossom even more than it did in 2010 with the introduction of the Retro Game Room.

Lately, I have been helping out other user members with betting (such as the Super Bowl betting thread), and welcoming some new members.

I have more plans for the future, extending through 2016. No, I am not running for president. Actually, I mean that I plan to stay with Vizzed for as long as I can. That's what I want to do. I'm gonna make some friends, lose some friends (not because of me doing something bad, I try to be nice on here), and show people that anyone can be great on Vizzed.

March 20th, 2015: I'm going to do today's entry and then anything since February 27th.

It's the first day of spring! The birds are singing, the grass is green, people walking outside enjoying the fresh air. Or at least that's what they tell you. Let me describe my first day of spring. This is pretty unbelievable.

I woke up at around 5:45 AM to the sound of the phone ringing because the school called.

"Good morning. This is a message from the school district: we will be running on an early dismissal schedule today. That means that we will be closing school at 12:30 PM due to the snow."

There was more, but I didn't care about it.

I got ready for the school day. There was nothing important in that 2 hour period, so it's nothing worth mentioning.

I got to school at the regular time. Everyone was a bit excited that we had an early dismissal day on a Friday, and so was I. Now, when there are scheduled early dismissal days (half days, as they're known at my school), I'll go with a group of my friends and go have lunch after school somewhere. Near our school, there is this one street which is apparently the business district where there are pizza places, Subway, and an ice cream place. In addition to that, there are 2 Chinese food places, a bagel shop, a grocery store, 2 convenience stores, a bar (we don't go there), a pancake house, and more. Anyways, people were making plans to go there to eat lunch, which surprised me, because last time, when I wanted to go, nobody else did. But that was fine with me.

I left school at 12:30 PM. The snow started falling already. I was with some friends, and was bouncing a racquetball. I've been bringing it to school throughout the week, and letting my friends play around with it. Before I left, there was a bake sale taking place. I had to get something, because I love baked goods. And when the people who make them are people I know, then I know they don't have poison. Or might they actually put poison because of that reason? Anyways, for $1, I got myself three nice brownies. I bit into one, and they were amazing! I found out that my friend's sister actually made them. But then, people who got other brownies who weren't made by my friend's sister were making hideous noises. Those brownies didn't taste so good.

Anyways, there really isn't something more lengthy to tell, so here's a recap of everything that's happened so far:

March 2: I take the PARCC standardized test, first and second math section.

March 3: I take the PARCC standardized test, final math section.

March 4: I take the PARCC for a third day, the Research Simulation Task section.

March 5: Due to snow, school gets closed. This is the first time a standardized test had to be postponed for another day.

March 6: I take the PARCC for the fourth day, and took the Literary Analysis section.

March 8: My language arts teacher had a baby girl.

March 9: My language arts teacher is replaced with a substitute teacher.

March 13: I finally learn the language arts teacher's name, five days after she's been here. She also gives her first graded assignment.

March 16: I start working on my assignment. The rough draft was due the next day. While working at the library, I get yelled at by a random woman. See, I was there with four friends, all working on the same assignment. My other friend came in. A worker at the library told my friends and I to keep it down, as there were others here. Then, as a joke, my friend pulled the chair beneath me, and I fell down. The worker came back and asked to repeat what we said. I have a bit of an attitude when it comes to people I don't know much about. The worker walked away. Then, this stranger goes to the desk where the worker was standing behind and asked me to walk somewhere. My mistake was that I followed her direction. She asked for my name. I wrote a fake first name. "And last name," she said. I wrote a fake last name. "Now gimme your mother's phone number and her name." I wrote a fake number and name. Then she looked at my friend. "Do you think you're a disappointment to the school?" she asked. I looked at my friend, but in fact, she was asking me the question. Then, she asked, "Is your mother going to be upset at this incident?" Well, I wasn't concerned. "Oh, she'll be ASHAMED!" I exclaimed. She walked away while I started laughing incredibly. But then I stopped. I wondered why nobody said anything when that woman told me to be near her. Neither the security guard (his only power is telling people to be quiet) or the person behind the desk said anything. Many things wrong could have happened, yet everything went normal. She apparently told the school about the incident, and how Jeff Withers was an issue.

March 17: I got a stomach virus. I was throwing up from five in the morning to the early afternoon. I didn't go to school. What was even worse was that I had PARCC testing to make up for that day we lost. I have to take it on March 23. It was the Narrative Writing task portion of the language arts section of the test.

March 18: I stayed home from school for a second day. I didn't throw up at all, but I was still contagious.
March 19, my final day of recap: I went back to school. I told multiple people about March 16's incident, and many were shocked. I knew that everyone would have to be on my side, whether they cared about me or they didn't. I had a few friends join me in a protest against the library. It didn't go so well since I never actually went to the library - I had to walk home. However, I think that everyone was ready to.

March 28th, 2015: I think that I am coming down with something. And I think it's boredom. See, it's been a while since I woke up, and there's nothing much I really did. I woke up, played some Advanced Warfare, then some Ghosts, and then Minecraft. I'm good at those three games, and I love to play those. I haven't played Ghosts in a while, because I got Advanced Warfare and loved it. I'm actually not that well at Ghosts, but I think that I can do better with the help of Advanced Warfare. Anyways, I am preparing for the summer. No, I'm not going to prepare for the spring at all. I'm going directly to summer. Why? Well, so far, it's been just over a week of the spring season, and it's already snowed twice. I don't think that's cool at all. So, yesterday, I started wearing shorts outside. Now, I didn't go to school in my shorts in order to avoid the "your crazy" speeches. Which is interesting, because I'm pretty sure that most of the people who would give me that lecture would wear shorts on a 20 degree day. Also, I had ice cream yesterday, something that I haven't had since September of last year, and boy, was it good! I loved it! So, hopefully summer comes earlier than spring so I can have some fun in the sun.
