Hey all, it is Australia day and I have had a few beverages.

I like to think they taste good. But after a few beverages they all taste the same, just the viscosity (thinkness) changes between different types.

I do plan to have some more, I feel I am in the ballmer peak (http://xkcd.com/323/) so I plan on leanring how to program for the unity engine becuase I thought of a game idea I'd like to play taht I don't think exists yet.

Australia day is, I guess the equivalent of thanksgiving day. Its the day we celebrate Australia being Australia. Depending who you ask some call it invasion day (the day that Australia was invaded by the British) but I don't think the dates align. Friend put it best on Facebook,

Today is Australia Day.
The day we recognise the people that were here before the British. The convicts that didn’t have a choice. The Afghans, Chinese, Irish, Scots, Germans, etc that came here to escape poverty at home. The millions of English, Greeks and Italians that migrated after the second world war.
And everyone that has come since. And the fact that we’re a blend of them all.
And that despite all our differences, we’re all pretty happy to be living in paradise.

This is why I consider it the Australian version of thanksgiving day (in the term of to be thankful for what we have, not the history behind thanksgiving day) and I guess a mixture of "STRAYA" equivilant which would be the 4th of July.
