I know technically this could go in other forum sections but I decided to put it here because it does talk about games. I'm also sure more people will see it here. Those that know me also know I like to write poetry and I understand if mods want to move this but I'm asking to please let it stay in here. Anyways I decided to do this and it took quite awhile. Hope y'all enjoy this creative gift about video games. Without further babbling ... here it is :
Let's Play !
Here I go again hoping online to game,
I have that itch that just won't go away,
Vizzed always hooks me up I must exclaim,
A selection of games ... it's like a buffet!
What am I in the mood to so dominate today,
Maybe a platform game like Mario Brothers,
Or maybe Zelda, sword in hand, enter the fray,
I know Milon's Secret Castle, a fave of my mothers!
Maybe something more challenging I need,
Oh I know, how about that classic Castlevania,
Maybe pick Mario Kart or Need for Speed,
Those titles always makes me say Momma Mia!
Should I pick a sports game like 10 Yard Fight,
I could shred it up as one of Tony Hawk's Pro Skaters,
I could beat Tyson in Punchout that'd be alright,
Or conquer the ring in WWF 2000, please no haters!
All these games make it so hard to choose just one,
Fire Emblem is always a fun strategy game of old,
For that matter playing that one called Golden Sun,
Or I could catch them all in some Pokémon Gold!
Decisions! Decisions! My next game must be fantastic,
Oh crap I got it ... it has to be Final Fantasy Tactics!
Game chosen finally I load it up and squeal like a little boy,
Welcome to Vizzed, our retro childhood for all to enjoy!
Come and get your game fix, blast from the past for you and me,
Time for me to shut up and see if I can make gaming history!
